wow...you need to talk to her and let her know that at least SOMEONE cares about her. Maybe that will make her realize that she needs to change her ways because she knows that someone actually gives a shit. Let her know how much you care and how you would feel if something happened to her. Tell her that she is only hurting herself and that she needs to get away from that guy cuz he is trouble. Maybe talk to a counsler and ask them to talk to her. She needs MAJOR help and you really need to be here for her.

Your friend's only 13, I believe there is ONE state in the US that girls can get married legally at age 13, and that has to be with a parent's consent. Your friend is simply too young to be married and, in my opinion, too young to be doing much else except for living her life. Just because her parents don't care about her doesn't mean that she can go and do illegal things and they are suddenly legal. Be there for her, tell her how much she means to you, tell her your concerns about her boyfriend.

The real age is 16 with your parents permission to get married, so you don't have to worry about that. Don't sweat it shes goin thru a stage and she will realize that your more important than him, talk to her if ur really worried, maybe you can tell her that there is going to be other guys out there and she is to young to decide on one guy. OK she cant get married at 13, not even with parental permission. You need to take her under your wing and discuss all the responsibilites that come with marriage, and let her know she cant even get married yet if she wants. Also explain to her every single consequence you know and have heard of with sex. Like STD's, accidental pregnancy... things like that. I'm wishin you best of luck. By the way, maybe suggest she lives by you for a while? Her parents dont seem to take the right care of her.

Tell her that you dont like her going out with that guy, and then state the reasons WHY you dont want her to. Hopefully she'll see your point. If not, tell her that you cant really hang out with her and him. And if she gets all'Your jelous of me!', then tell her, 'Your my best friend, and you know that i luv u and would never do anything to hurt you!' You never want to ruin a friendship over a guy who isnt even right for her!!

Tell her also that 13 is a BIT young to be getting married. The sex thing... it seems as though girls have been losing their virginity younger and younger these days.
