~AshHedgepath~ answered Monday September 27 2004, 5:16 pm: use a tampon. easy as that. if you dont have tampons, or dont use them, and youre seriously really scared, i suggest u duck tape the wings to ur underwear.. haha ive never done that but i bet it works :P
MyPainIsReal answered Monday September 27 2004, 4:51 pm: its not going to fall off. but make sure the pad has wings. and make sure its long enough. i had a problem in gym with the blood going somewhere where the pad wasn't. if you're really worried wear a tampon [ MyPainIsReal's advice column | Ask MyPainIsReal A Question ]
AskMegan answered Monday September 27 2004, 3:27 pm: Thats not going to help, lol. As long as it clings to your undies, it should be fine. And if not, ask your teacher in private about your problem, maybe he/she will let you out of it.
liddylflirtx3 answered Monday September 27 2004, 3:23 pm: Well, pads usually come with a really sticky liner on the bottom so if you just stick that to your underpants they shouldn't come off!
S_C answered Monday September 27 2004, 3:15 pm: well it should have sticky stuff to hold it, but just incase maybe you should get the kind with wings. Thats the kind we have at the house.
ShOrTnSwEeT42094 answered Monday September 27 2004, 1:52 pm: Try the thinner maxi pads! And as long as you have them secured onto your undies, they won't fall out or off while you're running! In 100% honesty, the worst they will do is wad up on you!Kind of bunch up and roll up!And all that means is change your pad in the locker room restroom after class!Hehe!Just try one of the thinner maxi pads, and I promise, they won't fall out or off!Just make sure they're stuck real securely on your undies and you're good to go!! :) [ ShOrTnSwEeT42094's advice column | Ask ShOrTnSwEeT42094 A Question ]
Roxybabii922 answered Monday September 27 2004, 1:08 pm: Well the pad wont fall out, it's sticky so that it stays in, I wouldnt worry about it... but if you feel like its coming out ask the teacher to go to the restroom [ Roxybabii922's advice column | Ask Roxybabii922 A Question ]
RedNeckShOrTy answered Monday September 27 2004, 12:17 pm: i wear pads as well, in gym also. well, our gym teacher makes us run all the time. The pad will not fall out while you are running. Trust me! If you don't feel comfortable running with a pad on then try wearing tampax pearls.
The pad will not fall out or off when you are running... beleive me i use to wear pads and they never did that, and they won't! I now wear tampons! Tampax Pearls actually! So if your that scared.... then try wearing tampax pearls!
Jane answered Monday September 27 2004, 12:09 pm: *Haha your pad won't fall out, but to make sure buy pads with wings. Also, try using tampons, you won't have to worry about those falling out!* [ Jane's advice column | Ask Jane A Question ]
Christine answered Monday September 27 2004, 11:36 am: try wearing tampons.... they feel better than pads... wearing pads feels like you are wearing diapers.... TAMPAX PEARLS....
rainbowcherrie answered Monday September 27 2004, 11:25 am: There are pads with special wings which secure the pad in place for extra protection but really the pad shouldn't move around anyway. If you make sure the pad is firmly in place and stuck down with the adhesive strip then I'm sure you'll be fine. Or, you could just use tampons, they allow much more freedom and movement.
