It seems like you are very active. The only thing I could say for you to do is don't eat very much. When your hungrey, grab an apple or grapes, not a bag of chips or cookies. Don't eat when your bored or upset. Eating is usually the main couse of things like these. Just keep beening active and eat healthy! You'll feel better about yourself! Hope I helped! Good luck! However, that "up and down" weight thing worries me. If u think that may be a problem.,. and it happens alot, ask ur doctor to check u t.h. balance I think it's called. It is a cell from ur thyroid gland (around the underside of ur neck) that can cause problems with weight and moodiness b/c it also deals with hormonial issues. After u ask ur family doctor, he may hand u over to a neurologist who can help u if ur t.h. scale is high. However, I hope u turn out okay, and please IM me if u have any problems!

MummuM answered Friday September 3 2004, 12:00 am: You should go to curves - if you have that around there. It's only 5 mins on something different for 30 mins I think, it works, a lot of people have been losing weight from it. If you don't have one or don't really feel like signing up you chould: Go for walks/runs/jogs everyday (after school or something) do crunches/push ups/sit ups before you go to bed. Hope I helped somewhat and good luck hun. [ MummuM's advice column | Ask MummuM A Question ]

snowwalker69 answered Thursday September 2 2004, 3:21 pm: Hey there. I'm 5'4 and 150 and i play sports too. You probley look smaller then that. Muscle mass adds a lot to the scale. but if you want to loose weight, just eat healthier. You have the excercise stuff down, it's just the food issue [ snowwalker69's advice column | Ask snowwalker69 A Question ]
sweetie_xO answered Thursday September 2 2004, 2:27 pm: Hey! ok write down a strict diet for yourself. Try to have your whole family help you along the way and maybe follow the diet as well, so this way there wont be any junk food in the house. Drink A LOT of water, because it flushes out your system and you aren't as hungry anymore. Bring a water bottle everywhere you go. You can maybe take a dance or aerobic class, im not very athletic but dance keeps me pretty healthy. Most important of all, make sure you are confident about yourself and feel good about yourself. Best of luck, i hope everything works out well for you. [ sweetie_xO's advice column | Ask sweetie_xO A Question ]
