i have no clue BUT my parents friend was HUGE but i havent seen him in like 2 yrs. and like last week he came over and he was small. he said that he just started drinking more water. i hope that sorta helps!!! ]
drinking water speeds up your matabolism so that cause ur body to work and burn fat. ]
cold water is better because your body has to burn claories to raise it to your body temperature. the same thing happens when you take a cold shower, you body has to burn calories to raise your body temperature up to normal after a cold shower. so, do that if you're looking to burn some extra calories without doing any work. ;D ♥ rate me if you want. ]
The only reason you loose weight is becuase you arnt drinking calorie filled sodas and juices. Its not the water itself ]

well water is good for u and it wont make u lose weight itll help u because it helps ur systum get washed out and fuller than if u drink pop or other things and cold water is better than hot water cuz who really likes to drink hot water ]

water makes sum ppl less hungry. water washes out ur stomach nd keep things moving. its very good 4 ur body u should drink at least 8 cups of water a day i kno rite.. ]
well it helped me because my stomach was fuller(or something like that, not really sure) but anyway when i drank more water my apetite lessened. hope i helped. ]
People say to drink water because it cleans out your system...haha...if ya know what I mean. Plus you need it to be healthy. ]
THe reason people tell you to drink water in order to lose weight is because if you drink enough water, it fills you up so you can't eat. It's supposed to be used as an alternative to food. But really, it is bad for you..it's anorexia. ]
Just drinking water won't help you lose weight. You have to exercise and drink water.
I've never heard that just drinking makes you lose weight... ]
