please help me loose weight!

i want to loose weight i know i need to and i want a boyfriend and ive never had one!!! ive tryed to do stuff to loose weight and ill be going strong and then ill like lash out and go food crazy!! but i weigh 235 and im only 16 and im 5'6 & 1/4 please help me i want a boyfriend soo bad i have lots of guyfriends but never a boyfriend!

first of all if you get a boyfriend dont let it be because youre overweight or not. all that should matter is personality. second, just start off with trying getting only a few pounds off. once you get the first few, the rest is no sweat. youll notice that your method is working and be encouraged to keep up with it because you like the results. make sure that once youre going strong you dont get food crazy again. its okay to have stuff you like, even if its not the most healthy thing. just make sure that you dont overload on it. the key is spreading out your portions so its not as consistant, and drink a lot of water too in replacement of whatever it is you like to eat. it fills you up pretty well. good luck with everything

Well first of all, try cutting down on the pop and the junk food. Drink lots of water. Exercise too. Like just walking/running around the block or even in your back yard can help too. Watch your calorie intake also. I hope I helped some! =]

Well, first off you need to watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then eat fruits and veggies. Also, you need to get exercise. You should go walking everyday in your neighborhood for at least 30 min. Also, some exercises I do that have helped are leg lifts, arm curls, and crunches or situps. For leg lifts, you just lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. If you can do more then great!! For arm curls, if you have small weights this will help but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still bring the weights up to your chest and back down. I would do 50 on each arm. One last thing, I recommend stretching before going to bed. It helps you to relax more when you're sleeping and that's when you burn fat the most. you shouldn't stop what your eating just portion it.Like dont have a lot of something at one sitting.Also everyday or a couple times a week, just go for about at least a mile walk or something.That way you can talk with your friend and your not so concentrated on the walking part.It may not be a dramatic change right away but it'll help and you'll see your weight slowly decreasing, which is actually healthier then losing it tight away.Dont do this just to get a guy though.Your too good for that a guy should like you for who you are.
So please dont do this just to get a guy , if you want to lose weight do it for yourself.I mean i had to figure this out the hard way.Hope i helped.Good Luck!

...I would suggest taking up a sport...most likely Basketball or Soccer they involve a lot of running...or just go running in the morning, do situps and pushups...its going to be hard work...also eat fruits and veggies mm thsoe are good =D

okay, remember you can't go off on food entirely, but you can cut down. me, i'm not athletic at all. not one bit even if i try it just... doesn't work, so i don't get all that much excersize(but i get enough apparently). whenever you get a craving for snacks, drink something. drink a whole big glass of water. it makes your stomach full so you won't want anything. get invovled with extra activites, then you're not home eating all the time. and if you really do need to eat, have some carrots. or grapes, some fruit that you LIKE to eat. deposit all your money in the bank so you won't be tempted to spend it on snacks. but mostly, just always be doing something. it takes your mind off of eating.

DO NOT TRY DIETING PILLS. believe me , you will be sorry! anyways, try this : do 100 sit ups a day, 50 push ups, run around the block twice, and walk the dog. simpl things like this can help you lose wait. also, you could cut down on things like chocolate, im not saying dont eat those things at all, but cut down. and eat more healthy foods instead. so when you're hungry, instead of grabbing potato chips, grab some carrots. or instead of having 3 candy bars have 1. get it? als, have confidence in youself, guys like that... and if you dont lose wait, try something different, like joining a sport, and keeping yourself busy all the time so you dont think about food.

You can lose weight by working out in a gym and eating healthy foods. Stay away from pasta's and breads. Make up a schedual for each week and stick to it. By eating healthy and doing good exercises you can definitly lose weight.

~I am currently on the weight struggle. It is hard and I understand. You don't need a diet and you don't need a machine. Just exercise and walk. Those are the best things. And watch what you eat. If you find yourself eating something not too good just put it down. Have a parent help you with what you are doing. If you mess up and gorge. Don't let it stop you just shake it off and try harder. If you need some advice on good things to eat or exercises let me know. I was 200 and I'm worked down to 182 now. So obviously something I'm doing is right.!!!~
