YuP! perfectly normal. You can do THe Top Of Them, bottom, and the middle.

if you get them waxed for the first time they will usually do the tops just so they can shape them but with plucking them no, you shouldnt relly do the tops. in most people that where their natural arch is. if youve had them professionally done before and you are just plucking the ones that they have done and are growing in and they are on top then go for it. but if not then just stick to the bottoms.

well i pluck one or two at the top but not a lot at all.. i guess you shouldnt because it looks really weird if u dont pluck them for a while and it starts to grow in but i dont see any other reason not to

you shouldnt do the top... but some people have to becuase thier eyebrows are so thick and grow like high up on thier forehead. if thats your case, then i suggest you dont do it yourself, go to a salon and get them waxed first. let a professional do the top, cuz they know what they are doing. then you can just touch them up with the tweezers whenever they start growing back in.

Well it depends on what kind of eyebrows you have. But I wouldn't do it because it'll ruin the shape of them. If you get them waxed, they might wax the top because they have to shape your eyebrows. So if I were you, just stick with the bottoms for now but if you wanna do the top, just go for it. Hope I helped :)

Well My friend's mom use to work in a salon and she did eyebrows proffesonaly and she said your not soppose to pluck on the top of your eyebrow. I forget the reason why I just remember her telling me that. Its fun becasue my friend learned so much from her mom so when she was in college she would do everyones eye brown in the dorms lol. yeah its normal especailly if you have a shaped eyebrow. They do the top and the bottom when you get your eyebrows waxed.
