Mackenzie answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 5:03 pm: Not *ALL* schools make you showeR; it vaRies. PeRsonally, the G.U.Y.S in my school HAD to showeR. If they neglected to showeR 3 times peR ONE semesteR... they failed the class automatically. HoweveR, the G.I.R.L.S *DID NOT* have to showeR. They could showeR if they wanted to, but they DID NOT have to!! I think it's because the giRls have that time of the month when it's veRy embaRRassing to showeR aRound otheRs, and boys don't.. if you get my dRift theRe. Also, I Read one a question exactly like this... that some schools have stalls. If they say it, it must be tRue... but I don't know wheRe people are getting this cuRtain/stall thing. My school DOES NOT have that. They should though!!! I'm soRRie I can't give you a definite answer, on if you have to showeR oR not. I'm just unawaRe of the way youR school opeRates. Just ask anyone who goes/went theRe. They'll tell you. I hope things woRk out! Keep youR head up and stay beautiful! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
LostAngel answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 2:55 pm: ok -
1- its ok.!
2- no one looks at you or talks about your parts...inless u point something out to someone about you..then they might talk..
3- idk what kind of school you go to..but for me I go to a public school and all we really have to do is change our pants, and shirt (and shoes...dependin if u wore sneakers that day or have a pair in ur locker or w/e)..
-good luck [ LostAngel's advice column | Ask LostAngel A Question ]
Luscious_Kisses15 answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 2:49 pm: hey they said that for our school too, and yeah, no one ever does. But in case they do enforce that rule, and you have to fake it...just sneak out to the bathroom with a towel and get your hair wet under the sink...maybe wash it if you want to. Then dampen your visible skin a little for an extra effect lol. Then i would have some perfume or body spray so you can spray on yourself to smell extra good, and put on deoderant...no one should ever know! lol
spoiledx3shortii answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 2:45 pm: They cannot force you to take a shower if you dont want to and if your gym teacher has a problem with that then go to the princapal and tell him/her that you don't feel comfortable taking a shower in front of other people.. they should understand..
Hope i helped!

advice_chica answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 2:36 pm: hey guess what I think you have shower curtains like at my high school which I'm going to I had the same problem I was scared but I got told girls dpn't take showers with eachother they have their own showers...and if you do take showers with them I'm sure they wont talk about it....and what you could do to make it seem like you took one wet your hair so it drips or go in a wash room and wash your body in the toilet so you don't have to do it infront of everybody else
ballerina04 answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 2:35 pm: it might not be true, since you only heard it. but in case you have to, just chill out. nobody wants to look at you. they just want to shower and get out. people aren't gonna stare and tell people stuff. if they do, talk to your teacher about it and tell her what's happening. drop one in my inbox if you need anything else! x3 [ ballerina04's advice column | Ask ballerina04 A Question ]
