Ok well I have this boyfriend and he doesnt go to my school or anything. I meet him through my friend from soccer camp. We started talking online and then a while later we started going out. Later he broke up with me saying that he disn't think things were going to work out because we still hadn't seen each other. Now a year later, we still haven't seen each other but we are going out again. I am thinking that now I don't want to go out with him until I see him and stuff. How should I tell him this without hurting him too much? (I have never broken up with anybody before) please help soon!!! Thanx and I'll rate you!

But im older and i dont find it fun going out with someone i've never met or anything." Tell him your really sorry and you still wanna be good friends. If hes a good guy he will understand. But you want to meet and do stuff together to make sure you 2 are together because you like each other. this way maybe he wont be as hurt. well you have to break up with him because you never see him and honestly, i think your kind of wasting your time. you could be dating some one who you see all the time and can tell them everything. you defiantly could have a better relationship. you should say, "i dont think we go out anymore. its just not working. we never see each other and both of us could have better relationships. i hope we can still be friends" make sure you say "im sorry" and be as sweet as possible. hopefully he willl understand. good luck!

Just let him know that you don't want to be in a relationship where you can barely see the person (who would want to be in that kind of relationship anyways?) I mean he broke up with you before for that same exact reason! Then tell him that maybe if you two ever do get to see each other a lot more, then maybe you could give your relationship another chance. That way he'll understand that you didn't break up with him because you didn't like him, it was just that you barely saw each other. Good luck with everything! i think u need to be totally honest with him, tell him the truth, but dont be to harsh...just say..."i'm sorry but, we don't ever see eachother...and i don't want to go out with someone i never see, maybe sometime if we start hanging out together and we see eachother on a regular bassis then it might work out" i think maybe u should start trying to hang out...bring up some things like "hey i here this movies coming out, i really want to see it, wanna come with me?" and then maybe u guys will start hanging out and u wont have to break up with him

Technically, if you havent even seen each other and just decided to "go out" online, then ur not really going out with him. Honstly, thats pretty silly that you can consider talking online dating. You're right that you should see him before you decide to go out, so tell him that. It's not that hard because you're not really together right now.

Just be honest with him..he should appreciaite your honesty. Explain that you want to be able to see him..and you dont think it would be fair to either one of you to be in a relationship when you cant even see each other.
