Well, first off, you should watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks eat fruits and veggies. I recommend walking at least 30 minutes every day in your neighborhood. Also, crunches or situps will help your stomach. I hope this helps and good luck!

i wrkout everyday..i do crunches to "harden" my stomach...i do 50 a day...if u dont wrkout everyday then i think u should do more...but dont start out doin a large amount..bcuz then ur body will be in total shock & wont burn tha "pudge"...u could also try a better diet...
i hear that a lot of colorful foods means that u r getting all of the esential vitamans & things like that, that r needed for ur body 2 function properley..

SammyPie answered Saturday August 7 2004, 10:05 pm:
Crunches are your best bet... side-ways crunches will help get rid of pudge on the sides of you too. Hope this helped. =) Leg lifts work also, because not only are you working your leg muscles, but you're working tummy ones too.

if you are not fat,and you just have some pudge on in the middle of your stomach, then you dont need to lose weight. just do crunches. 100 in the morning and 100 at night. you have to stick with them though to see progress.

Well you shouldnt worry but if you're uncomfortable with your body you should swim laps, or jog. As well as maybe crunches before bed or when your bored. And eat healthy :) Best wishes -Britty-

ok well if ur not fat then dont worry about it, but you can run, eat less JUNK FOOD, dont go anorexic, bcuz sometimes it can actually end up making you fatter. But u can run at least 3 times a week, do at least 50 crunches a day. and on top of it all just dont sit around all day, get out and do something
hope i helped
plz rate!

Siren_Cytherea answered Saturday August 7 2004, 9:47 pm:
If you wanna get rid of pudge, your best bet is to work out a bit. For stomach issues, I suggest crunches. My stomach bothers me a little - I'm not fat at all either - so I do like 25 crunches at night and in the morning when I remember, lol.
I hope this helped a little!

Do some stomach exercises like sit ups and crunches. You can hold weights to your chest when you do them to make it more effective.
