Do families have to love?
Some times I feel like my parents don't love me. My sibling always make fun of me. My family always says they wish I'd run away. I have tried to kill myself before. but my mom and my friend came into my room so I had to come out of the closet. I don't know if they noticed but I had a thin red line across my neck. I don't wanna die but sometimes I feel it's the only way to get my family to love me. please help!

o gosh...if ur family wants u to runaway they're all jerks...i mean honsetly, a family sticks together and ALWAYS loves eachother NO FUCKEN MATTER WHAT! look, suicide IS NOT the answer... if u really feel this way get help from an adult, someone ur comfortable with, if u dont wanna die then DONT EVEN TRY to kill urself...its totally not worth it...if ur family treats u like such shit u wanna kill urself i honestly think u should tell an adult so they can have social services get u out of there...if its that bad u need to listen to this advice and get out of there

You should tell your family how you are feeling. Im sure they love you so much but Death IS NOT THE ANSWER!! All you need to do is sit down and talk with them and tell them how upset this makes you. If they dont listen or ur to scared to talk to them talk to a friend and there mom maybe even have there parents talk to your parents if they dont listen to you.. HOpe i helped you . Good luck.!

You need to tell your family how you feel. Never resort to death ... they probably love you very much but just feel like they can be mean and walk all over you. And it isnt right. So talk to them!

i'm so sry to hear that. first off though, ur parents should prob. pay more attention. i'm sure they love you though..maybe they r busy? killing urself won't help much though. and would u really wanna die and have people cry b/c u killed urself..idk but i wouldn't want people to cry if they don't have to..and 2nd, don't u want to see how ur life will be once u get outta that house and live on ur own? well think bout that..good luck!

WOW im sorry you feel as if your family dont love you thats HORRIBLE all i have to say is just turn to your friends and if they dont understand write in a jurnal it works! ok i know what ur going through but i'm the middle child and my brother and sister alwayz make fun of me just so they can be happy and my mom and dad never pay attention to me but when something reslly good happens to me but my other families dont like me because they think im not the perfect child but i dont really put much attention because if i act like i care they r gonna think im weak and wut they say is wut i am so why bother hurting urself because someone else doesnt except u 4 u and dont end ur life because its urs not theres.

Your family loves you more then you know. The thing is they don't know that you think that they don't love you. Tell them that you have been extremely depressed lately cuz u feel that they don't love you. I wouldn't recommend telling your parents that you tried to committ suicide cuz sometimes they freak out and never listen to why you actually tried to do it in the first place.

ok u dont need to resort to death so that ur family can love u there ur family they will allways love u like ok they love u but i guess they show there emotions in diff. ways than u would like them to see ur siblings they pick on u thats i guess one way they say i love u and like ok like with my family ok my grandma she likes to say i love u in her cooking she allways makes u eat untill u have to unbuckle ur pants(metiforicly unbuckle ur pants) thats how she says i love u see its just u have to look for the special things ur famley does 4 u and u can try and say i love u mom i love u dad every oncein a while hope helped u=-)

u needa talk to em bout it...becuz mostly u just catch em at a bad time or say somethin at a bad time that makes em say things or act a certain way towards u and then it makes u feel they dont love u...tell them how u feel...ur family loves u...they just dont realize how much they r hurtin u...there family...and the nature of ppl r "i can make fun of him and it wont hurt him" n its not true...but some ppl dont realize that...u just gotta notlet them get to u...n tell them how u feel...cuz if u dont....they will never stop..and its normal for ur siblings to make fun of u...thats basically there way of showin love...even though sometimes it hurts alot...but who said love was easy?

Your family cant love you if you are dead...so that wont help much. Maybe you should talk to your parents about it. I am sure that they dont realize that they are making you feel how you do. Siblings will always give you a hard time..so that is normal. Maybe if you tell your rents how you feel than they will learn to be better to you and show you more love. Good luck

Ok, Families do NOT have to like or love but if you are over 13 and you REALLY feel your family doesnt love you then i would say this: talk to your mom and dad. Tell them that you would like to be put up for adoption. Then you could find a family that REALLY loves and cares for you and chances are they'll spoil you rotton! you may miss your family and feel bad at times that you left them but YOU deserve better and they do not deserve you if they dont appreiciate you. Believe it or not your family probally does love you, and you should believe it. Parents will always love there children its just in there hearts and siblings well always make fun of the other siblings thats how life is. To get them to notice you more be nicer and work harder around the house.
