This guy that I really like, who likes me too is stationed in Iraq. I am just so worried for him! It scares me knowing he is out there. How can I calm my nerves and not think the worst will happen?

don't think about the bad things that can happen, think of the better things, think of him coming home and seeing you and try clearing your mind for a while ^_-

Its probably hard not to think about him having a chance of being hurt but you should try to fight it. Don't worry, think positive, he will be fine.

I understand where you are coming from, but honestly, I do not believe there is a cure for fear. It will always be there, you just have to learn to fight it. Just imagine how he feels! Write to him, and maybe both of you will feel better.

Think positive dont think negitative. Try to get into some activity, that will get ur mind off things.

write him letters b/c hes probbably scared too and all hes doing is trying to do something for out country but all hes thinking about is probably just coming home so he can see you so if u think of it that way-it might help. Also when he comes on leave..will he?? well if he does make everything extra special and dontask ne thing about the war because he probably wants to ge away from it. Just keep faith and pray for him and he will come home to you!!! hopein for the best-tell him thankyou for me because that is truly great what hes doing for us!

Ummm not to be the religious guy here, but I think a little faith in the guy you like's skill and faith in GOD can help you feel better about him being there. Sometimes believeing GOD will bring him back is the answer but most people don't believe that. I believe some prayer and faith will bring him home to you safetly!

Hey! heres my advice!.. i think that u should keep writing letters back and forth with this guy and try to keep in touch ith him as often as u can.. things are calming down in iraq lately and if u just keep praying that we will come home then my guess is that he will !! keep your head up!
