Well i puke whenever i eat sumthin or drink something..Sometimes i totally just do it on purpose..My mom thinks im bulimic..I think im fat and i want to become anerix or belimic or both..What should i do to loose weight and if i should do that..?

I dont think that you should become anerix or belimic because its unhealthy and a bad way to diet. I think you should eat fruits and vegies everyday and if you have any sports gear (bike,skateboards,roller blades ex.) start using them everyday on a regular bases an take up a sport like (basketball,iceskating ex.)

Trying to be anorexic or bulimic is not the answer. That can potentially kill you or hurt you very bad. I recommend eating 3 meals a day but watch your calorie intake. If you need snacks before meals definitely have fruits or veggies. Also, for exercise, I recommend going walking in your neighborhood. Before going to bed, you should do some different exercises as well. I recommend doing as many crunches or situps as you can. Also, do leg lifts. For those, you just lay on one side propping your head up with your hand and bring your leg up and down. Try doing 30 on each leg. If that's too easy then definitely do more. Another exercise I do are arm curls. You want small weights for this if you have them and you just rest your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbow still you bring the weights up to your chest. One last thing, I recommend doing stretches before you go to bed too. I hope this helps and good luck.

You want to have an eating disorder?!?!?!?! Whoa-Slow down!! Eat healthier and excersise!! If you have a eating disorder it coul RUIN your life!! If you ae anerexic you could not eat at all and KILL yourself!! If you are belimic you have tooth decay and other problems!

well i understand where ur coming from cuz i used to be bulimic but weight watchers is the solution lol u get so many points a day adn diffrent foods are worth diffrent points its great i lost 6 pounds in a week and ur not starving urself adn its healthy so ur getting the rite amount of nutrion if u follow the points

Deffinitly dont become bulimic and anerix. Not only is it gross but it leads to a lot of other problems then just a eaeting disorder. Not eating right effects your whole body. You'll easily become sick a lot and to tell you the truth become so skinny that you'll look gross instead of the atractiveness your going for. Instead go take a friend and get dropped off at a gym like the YMCA or take a walk, jog, or run down your street. Even doing jumpingjacks and crunchs will work good. I hope I helped you

puking after you eat is NOT a good habit. do you want to look like mary-kate? i didnt think so. (lol) what you should do is work out, and drink alot of water because it will flush out all the bad stuff in your body. but yeah if you cant stop throwing up, then you should get help right away because that could turn into a serious problem. hopefully i helped some.

you can lose weight by just exercising or goin on a diet..but you have to stop makin urself puke thats deff not a good way to lose weight ull end up being really sick!!

don't become billimac or anorexic. you could end up extremely sick in the hospital or even die!. if you want to loose some weight for the body you want you could try excersicing and making a healthy eating plan. i hope that helps you out

Being anorexic or belimic is not the answer. Losing weight takes time. You are on the path to self-destruction. Think about what you are doing, it isnt worth risking your life. Just make healthy choices. Its tough, I know, but its worth it.

o0o0ok Dont become Anerix! that iz bad! Wat u could do is try walking or running around ur neighbor hood a few tymes. Also try leg lifts and Horizontal legs lifts to get ur legs down. Swimming,running-superman hold- or ne sport will help out ur body!U can play a sport for 1 hour or more a day!You can also do situps-crunches- n push ups to help ur abs! do not become belimic or anerexic!!! it will ruin your entire life. if u are that hellbent on losing wait then work out eat healthier and if u must,take some weight loss pills but DO NOT become belemic or aneraxic. stop throwing up and start eating more.u need to stop yourself before u get too far in!

-NO! that is def. not tha solution! my aunt died of a disorder that came from throwing up everything that she ever ate! i promise you will regret it in the future it is not healthy at all! maybe try dieting! cut down on fatning foods! anything but that!
