hi. i have a cold sore ..well sort of, thats kinda the story. i was scratching at it and i accidentally like..picked it off and now its just all pink. i really dont want it to scar! last time this happened i had a scar for a year and im really not sure what i should do. i dont really thing theres anything i can do about it but if anyone has any ideas please answer this!!!! i really dont want a scar when i go to our school dance next wk., and i really just..dont..want one someone help me please! okay. there is this stuff from the neosporian brand that removes scars.. why dont you try to get some of that. i`m not sure that it will be COMPLETELY gone by your dance, but im sure that it will be less pink and noteicable. hope i helped. =)

i have a horrible time getting to sleep at night... it takes me lke 3 or 4 hours every night and sometimes ill go to bed at like 6 just to get enough sleep otherwise im exhausted in the morning. does anyone have any tips to help me fall asleep faster? thank you, ill rate you high (link)

hmm... this is odd. okay maybe you should like talk to your mom about this and ask her to get you some sleeping pills, or take a couple sinus pills for nighttime becuase they put you to sleep fast. like benydrill and tylenol cold. but DONT take them every night or uh.. i dunno what might happen. but im thinking the best thing to do would be to talk to your mom and have her take you to get some sleeping pills. alright. hope i helped.

Not really a health question I guess but is there a way to get rid of a few zits I have like 4 and I want them to go away!!! Is there something at HOME I can try to use to make them go away or get smaller? I don't really wanna go buy something b/c I have oxypads but those take a few days... so please help me! haha you just answered my solution thingy. if you put toothpaste on a cue-tip and dab it on your pimples they will dry out and go away in like two days. hey thats a good solution for my two pimples!! haha. im off to the bathroom!!

At first I didn't really understand what ADD was. When I read one of Mary-Kate's quotes in a magazine saying "They give me extra time taking tests because of my ADD". I thought to myself "it does take me a long time to take tests also..." So I researched it and I realized what ADD was. I do have a lot of the symptoms, such as not concentrating on the simplest things, it takes a long time for easy things to register (things that used to be easy to register, is now not so easy), I often lose interest in things I once did, and become inconsistent, but I also have difficulty adapting to change. I sometimes don't finish homework assignments because I don't feel like taking the challenge, and lastly, I'll start doing things without looking at directions and I think I know how to do it, when I really don't.... do I have ADD?
Also, I told some of my friends, and just because "they get bored in class and don't feel like listening to the teacher", they think they have ADD. I TRY to listen to my teacher, or follow along with stories in class, but 5 minutes later, I'm thinking about something TOTALLY different, and lately, that "something totally different" is ADD and whether I have it or not. I feel like I have no one else to tell. I've told all my friends and they say "oh yea, I have it too!!" And they'll start laughing (not at me, just with me...only I'm not laughing...). I feel like no one is taking it seriously because many people joke around about ADD, but what should I do now if I really think I have it? I've told my mom, but I don't think she believes me either... (link)

okay i know how you feel. i think i have add and like i looked it up once and i really did have a lot of the symptoms and stuff, but when i told my friends they were just all like yeah right i bet you do. and it got worse. when i told my parents they totally laughed in my face. its really hard in school and they think im just getting bad grades just becuase im lazy. THAT IS SO NOT TRUE! the only reason is i forget i have it and i leave it at school or i will do half and like you said not feel like takeing the challenge and whatnot, and on tests, i am usually the last one done and i totally blank out. so what i think you should do is like next time you go to the doctor for a checkup or whatnot, mention that you looked up add and you have some of the symptoms. then just try to have your doctor or even you talk to your parents and teachers becuase people have add and they do need help. good luck with everything!!

i dont know a specific website, but i know where you can get a good list of sites. www.ask.com or any other search engine you know of like yahoo or google. just type it in and the first page of sites are normally the good ones. hope i helped.

It has been about a year that my ex and I have been working on our relationship. I cheated and realized that it was a mistake and we have been trying to fix it ever since. We are divorced. It was what he wanted, I gave into it cause I had no room to protest. He doesn't trust me, he tells me that he wants it to get back together, but he has a trust issue and doesn't believe a word I say. I have tried everything I can think or to get him to talk to me about. He likes the time we spend together, but he says it is a friendship thing. He doesn't have the feelings of love yet. Yet I get confused because he always wants to see me, wants to hear from me at work and when I am on my way home (we don't live together), but he only looks at us now as friends. We still are intamate with each other. Friends don't do that though. I have asked how I can earn back his trust and he tells me at one time he will see it forhimself and there are times he says he may never getit back. I just don't know what to do. I want this to work and I ty so hard, just whaen it goes ok I ask how he feels and he gets mad....what can i do to help him open up? To trust me and believe my feelings are true?

hey Mickey. i know it might be really hard to believe since i am only 14 and im here giving you advice on your marrige issues, but i can try. i think it is up to him when you two get back together. it seems that he is still hurt by your cheating on him and he is scared that he will get hurt again. its not you personally, its just what you did. its something like putting yourself in his shoes and how badly you would be hurt if he cheated on you. just give it some time and i promise you that he will start to open up more and more and soon hopefully you will be back together. just basically talk to him and get his perspective on how he feels about you. just remember one thing though. DONT PRESSURE HIM!! if he feels pressured he will probably take more time to decide how he feels about you and this whole ordeal. if you do get back together (and i sincerely hope you do) just dont cheat on him again (i bet your thinking yeah right but honestly most people who say their dont cheating really arent.); becuase if you do cheat on him again then that will totally loose his trust and you may never have a chance at even friends with him again. good luck and i really mean it. hope i helped atleast a little.

I have this party coming up in about 3 weeks time but I have absolutely no idea what to wear. It's kind of smart/casual, not too dressed up but I don't have anything. All my jeans are too casual and torn to wear to a party and I don't have any other trousers. I don't have enough money to buy anything new. popular is just something that grows on to you. people look at you as a trend setter and a role model. personally i dont look at people that way. i just like people who are considered "popular" or a "prep" because of the fact that they arent stuck up or think their better than everyone else. so. yeah i hope that answeres your ?.

I am 15.recently my best friend said he likes this girl. he talks about her alot! I think its cute! but anyway. Recently he has said he has lost feelings for her and that he likes someone else. Ok, there's this kid at my school, Drew. We sorta like each other, so on Sat. we had like, this 5 hour long convo, and we just decided to go to the Snowball together. (it's a dance). So anyway, today at school, I was telling my friends Jenny and Nicole (Nicole likes Drew) about it. Jenny was real happy for me, but I noticed Nicole just looked mad. So I just online a little bit ago, and my one friend was talking to her, and IMing me their convo, and turns out, she's real pissed about me going to the dance with Drew and just liking him in the first place, but I can't help it. I heard from Drew that he doesn't even like Nicole the way she does. So I IMed her saying I was sorry if I made her mad, but we both decided to go to the dance together. I told her to stop bein so weird about it cuz it has nothing to do with her. And then she signed off. Idk, I just want your opinion about this. Who's right and wrong here? hmm.. lol it sounds like Nicole got bit in the ass by the jealousy bug. dont worry about it. if she is truly your friend then yeah she might get a little mad but nothing to like loose your friendship over. trust me on this one. and if she gives you the cold shoulder it might be temporary. just try to talk to her *not in a mean way* and ask her why shes mad in the first place. man i hope i helped a little. good luck.

Ok, I'm having my b-day party this fri. and I invited a whole bunch of people and everything, but my one guyfriend, Matt found out that my friend Crystal is going (they're like fighting and everything) and now he doesn't want to go. I really want him to, cuz he's like my older brother. Crystal's definitely going and doesn't care about whether Matt's going or not, she just wouldn't talk to him if he did. She told me to tell Matt not to ruin my party and just go and stay away from here. Well, I did, and he still won't go. He said he loved me (as a friend) and he'd do anything for me, but he just can't go to my party. I think he's bein real immature about it. During 1st period today, Crystal told me he wrote he a real nasty letter about her, but then at lunch, he let me read it and it wasn't bad at all, he was actually just trying to make peace and all.
