confused
I am 15.recently my best friend said he likes this girl. he talks about her alot! I think its cute! but anyway. Recently he has said he has lost feelings for her and that he likes someone else. Ive known him for about 8 years and ever since then hes always told me who he likes and suddenly he wont! In class he'll say things that kind of lead me on to think that he may like me. like...randomly say i love you and he jokingly asked me to marry him (in the future of course!) now...am i jumping the gun or does he like me?!? HELP PLEASE!

Maybe your feelings for him are making you want to believe he likes you? never the less, if he is becoming a bit more flirty than usual there is probably a hunch he likes you. But don't do anything too rash(unthought out). Flirt back a little.. see what happens? Maybe he'll open up to you if you drop a few hints.

hmm... you know it really sounds like he might like you. if he does dont like laugh in his face. that could ruin your friendship. if you dont like him that way just explain to him that things would get awkward between you two if you started dating. but if you think this will work out and your prepared to risk your friendship then go for it!! good luck and if you have anymore questions feel free to im me. later.

Well it sure does sound like he likes you.. BUT don't take our advice on here, cause we don't know him. lol but you do.. he's your best friend. Just make small talk with him and say,"Have you ever liked me as more than a friend?" (Only do this if you're ready to hear him maybe say yes.) From there it's up to you whether you like him or not.. It kinda sounds like he likes you, well, it sounds like he likes you. But don't just take our advice, go to your friend! Just subtly bring it up.. "so, have you ever liked me as maybe more than a friend?.." in person, on the phone (if you talk on the phone) or on AIM. Just whatever is better for you. Of course, he may "love" you, but not "like" you. You understand what I'm trying to say?.. you can love someone, but not want to go out with them. It's a love through friendship, not a boyfriend/girlfriend love. But it sounds like he likes you.. just ask him.

I think he likes you, from what you have said... unless he has always acted this way. A similar thing happened to me a couple years ago where my best friend did the same thing. He wouldn't tell me who he liked but it was really obvious from the things he said the things he told me about her. What I did was make a code name for her (a fake name) that we both knew meant the girl he liked. Then I would jsut be like so did you see codename today? And he would say ya she was wearing her hair diff I liked it. And I would be like wow I wore my hair differently today too. It just became really clear that it was me. Of course, you could always just make him tell you but this way is another way to find out. ♥

He may like you, since he won't tell you who he likes but he always does and that he is showing different signs. Why don't you just ask him if he does like you? If he's your bestfriend, I'm sure he'll tell you! Hope I helped :)
