A lot of people judge people by their looks and not by their personality. i used to do that too. i realized you arnt going to become a better person and your not going to meet people by judging other people by their looks. It makes me want to cry how i am experecing this. I realized i have been doing that too. i told some people about this person awhile back whom i liked. he wasn't the greatest looking person and the people i told knew that. when i told them, they all looked at me in discuss. that night i reconsidered liking him because of what he looked like and how dorky he was. Now i could have become really good friends with that cretin guy, but because of people and myself judging him, i am not friends with him. Everyone will not notice this, but every look you give a person, if its bad it will bring him/her down. just think about it. How would ypu fee; about it, people making fun of the way you look, or the cold looks you get every day when you walk down the halls. you see every popular boy and girl with someone, having un. Then you see yourslef looking at them wishing you were them. Christina Auhulara has inspired me to write this paragraph, Her song "Beautiful" is a great song. I hope some day you will listen to this song and think the same this i do.

hi! i am so glad that someone has finally brought that up! People who judge people by how they look are probably insecure about themselves. I am in the same situation. I have liked this boy<also best friend> for 5 months. He isnt that cute and hes sort of goofy. But to me that dosent matter. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and if people cant accept that then forget them.
I have told people who judge by looks that if they were looking for someone beautiful and perfect that would make them happy that they should look deeper that outer appearences and if they didnt then they would end up old and alone and regret that they were shallow in the first place. hope this helps

I really understand where you are coming from and it sucks. People say that this isn't true but in reality, sadley, it is. People tend to want to hang out with the person that is better looking. Now not to be stereotypical, but often this occurs more with girls then boys. Unless ofcourse a boy likes a girl, that can happen. But the sad thing is, girls are the ones who shed more tears over the subject but they also are the ones who tend to disregard some one for looks. I hope that someday people will understand the subject as well as you do. And Good Luck.

I totally agree with you! I hate when people judge people before they even know them or they just don't like the person just because they aren't hot or cute or pretty or whatever. And, sometimes people learn the hard way. And thats really great that you realized it, not to judge people or whatever. You must be a great person now!
