never. humans change their minds all the time and he said no only becuz he was gunna go back out with his ex, so its not like he said no and didnt mention the part about his ex so theres hope =) if u need anymore advicce just ask =)

no.. you should go ahead and ask him out.. but give it some time.. a couple days or even a couple weeks.. you should probably try to find out if he has feelings for you too...

Wow, that could have been worded a lot less confusingly.
There is always hope that he may have changed his mind and will go out with you. But I mean really, do you really want this guy so bad that after he turned you down you would still go out with him now? I guess so. Yea, give it a shot because you never really know until you ask. If you never ask then you will never know.

Well, he did say no before, so you wouldn't want to get turned down again. But maybe try talking to him and asking him if he has feelings for you before you do anything. Just be like "I know I asked you out before and you said no, but I just wanted to know if you have feelings for me now" Just say something like that. And if he does then you can ask him out. Not hopeless,but why would you want a guy who turned you down before? Ask him out only if you want to,but wait to see if he asks you. Make him ask,you already asked once.
