ok my name is ashley and i am 14. i have a boyfriend and i like him and all but recently he sent me a pic of him and i really dont like his face. he has a nice body and everything. but he lives in indiana and comes out every weekend to his dads. i know u all r thinking im shallow and ur prolly rite and everything but i just cant help it!he is nice and says i am super precios an dsweet but im not sure if he says that to other ppl bc of where he lives. neway i dont kow what to do. i dont wanna eb a bitch and break up with him but i also dont want the situation to come up where i have to kiss him and i cant stand his face!i really need help. for my advice i really dont want ppl to tell me im shallow and to not care if he is ugly bc i know all that but as a person that i am i cant get over that nd i know that is horrible!i really need advice!thanks!

If your really that unhappy and that uncomfortable with the situation then he's obviously not right for you. I wouldn't say your being shallow, as much as people try to say they look for personality, not looks, physical attraction DOES matter. A really good personalitie definately can make someone seem a lot sexier to some people, but this person might not be the one to do that for you.
If your going to let him down, do it easily, don't tell him that it's about his looks, that will just crush him and bring his self esteem down so badly. Try to be friends with him, maybe you'll have a change of heart sometime in the future.

No, I wouldn't say you're a shallow person or anything. But, when you're in a relationship, you have to be comfortable with that person. Its not about all the sweet things he says to you or anything, its being able to trust him and being comfortable with him And in your situation, you dont seem very comfortable with him. And when you guys kiss, you want it to be romantic and sweet and stuff, you don't want a kiss like "eww I hope this is almost done" or "this is like kissing my brother" So, if I was you I would break up with him and find someone you're more comfortable with and someone you can kiss and not be grossed out by it lol. If your not happy about the way he looks then i think its time to break up with him. If you feel uncomfortable just tell him that you dont want to be with him anymore cuz of the distants or something.
