im 5'5" and i weigh 140 pounds.. am I fat? and if so what ways do u know that are quick weight loss but still healthy for you. I would exercise. but its not quick. I could try cutting my portions but i can't!

NOTHING is quick when it comes to loosing weight! Excersise and healthy food is the only thing you can do! Try wrokig out everynight and running in place for 15 minutes and it well help tighten good luck! ]
You r not fat u just a lil' bit overweight. Cuz I looked it up and ur weight should be around 90 lbs. to 130.But I think that is ok. But if you want me too I can give u a list of foods to eat instead.Also how many pounds u will be saving each year. Also if you watch wut u r eating. Just eat when u r really hungry, not when u r bored. And don't drink pop or calorie drinks. between meals. Also just excersise prolly 30 minutes to and 1 and a 1/2. and drink up to 10 glasses of water each day. And the ppl who told me bought this said u cna lose to 20 pds. but u have to be patient. It isn't healthy if u lose more than 10 pds a week. 4 pds every two weeks is healthy. Ok. I hoped I helped<Sarah>

No your not fat im 5'4 and way 128. so its not fat dont worry but you could just cut down on your portions a lil bit and excercise instead of pills because thats not very healthy for you-trix ]
Well,is it a lot of this weight muscle? You're probably not fat,but you could afford to lose a few. Exercising isn't quick,but it's the only way. ]
REally it depends on your bild and age mosty. there is no such thing a being overweight if you are very young(around 20). you are if you are obese or somthing but 5'5 and 140 is perfect to me, i think you should stay the are!!!

You're not fat! 5'5 and 140 pounds is like 5 pounds overweight, which is easily fixable. Actually, if you do situps in the morning (about 40 a morning) before you do anything else, it gets your day started really well, and makes you active for the entire day. Another thing, snack regularly. Like plan when you have snacks, so you won't binge, you don't want to lose weight really fast because then you can gain it back twice as quick. It will probably take a week to lose 8 pounds if you do this right. Good Luck

then u can try doing the following
i kno u said cutting portions, but idk if u mean puttin less on ur plate or just havin 1 serving
if u can do 1 of the 2
or u can jog
get a group of friends and go walkin
if u live near a YMCA and have a membership
sports
babysittin, lol lotsa runnin wit that
mowin lawns, dependin on how big the lawn is
i think ur normal weight, but if u wanted to lose 5 lbs, or more which idk y u would, then u can do any of the above!! ]
thats a normal weight i would say! but if you want to lose sum pounds..i agree with the person who said the south beach diet because my mom and sister are on that and in the first week they lost 7 pounds!! ]
your not fat...but if you want to lose a little excess meat then run 1 mile every day...do 50 sit-ups...and drink 3 bottles of water...thats what i do!!!! and dont cut your food down....food is waaaay too good to be cut down! lol ]
YOUR NOT FAT! thats normal!!!!! and if you really want to lose weight just substitue snacks with water. Or sugarless gum! Everytime your hungary just put some gum in your mouth. And stop drinking soda. You'll lose 10 pounds a year if you take soda out of your diet. Also drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Thats healthy for you!:) ]
