get on all 4's and kinda make a brigde with ur body..then lift each leg up (one at a time) till it is lined up with ur back and butt and do the same with the other leg! and do this like 25 or 30 times each leg (or more if ya wana!) *hope i helped* <3/Dakota

Lizzy answered Monday July 19 2004, 2:17 am: Running won't really help that much, that'll help your legs and abbs. Do a lot of squats and stuff. Ballet moves and stuff will do great, like ballet pleas and stuff (turned out) anything where your hips are turned out.

Porkin00 answered Monday July 19 2004, 1:33 am: Before u do anything.. u wanna streach out.. not to pull anything.. and it will also give ur muscles more shape.. and appeal.. things you could do are run.. do some squats (weights on ur shouders) do some leg presses.. um.. lunges.. things like that.. and also wearing tighter fitting clothing around that area will show it off nice as well!!!!!!!!
