ur friend is insane. if he's 2 years older than her he probably wouldnt be caught dead being seen with her. he probably doesnt even know who she is. tell her this, only try to make it sound nicer, else she might get mad. *thank you for your time*~luckiedice~

When you say obsessed, do you mean like a stalker kind of obsessed? Hope not. Tell her that he doesn't like her and that she should move on to another guy.

A 2 year gap can be a lot or a little depending on how old you are. Sounds like your friend has a big crush on him. If you can't convince her to look for someone else, let her be. She'll probably lose interest eventually.

Tell her it's just crush and probably out of her league. When you like a guy longer than a year and still not with him, there is probably a good chance he doesn't like her. He might not even know her.

First, what's so bad about her being in love with a guy who's two years older than she is? Age doesn't matter ... I don't think you should judge this guy if you don't know him. If I were you, I'd just tell her to be careful not to get hurt. But telling her that you think this guy isn't for her would be judging the situation way too quickly ...
