ok im 5'3 or 5'4 and i weigh like a one hundred and 20 something pounds ( i havent been to the docs lately so im not exaclty sure lol ) so im trying to lose 15 pds. ne diet plans u can tell me ? plz help me!!

hey, im 5'1" and i weigh 116 lbs... is there any way i can lose 10 pounds and not look disgustingly skinny... what i really wat to do tho is lose my baby fat on my stomach... it looks odd, i mean, my stomach goes in and then when it gets to belly button it curves out, and thats wat is bothering me.. so if any of you know any way i can lose this pouch please tell me.

I'm 13/f with long blonde hair. I'm getting my hair highlighted (a lighter blonde) in a few days and i was just wondering is it really really bad for your hair? Can highlighting it do permenant damage? I'm not sure if i still want it highlighted if it's gunna ruin my hair.

okay, i am a 17 yr old girl, and i have only ever ahd oen alcoholic drink in my life. Mike's Hard Lemonade . but ever sicne i had it, i have wanted more like all the time. and i have wnated to try many other types of alcoholic drinks. i have never been drunk or high in my life, but i really wnat to at least once. is that a bad thign and when are you supossed to draw the line and say "i've had enough" and when does that turn into an addiction?

ok so i got those glasses with the plastic frames last year cuz i liked them (at the time). they r blue with sparkles. i got them from da adult section cuz they werent in the kids section. at the time i didnt realize that they were too big for my small face soo i never wear em anymore. im afraid people will make fun of me, so i dont risk it. im only supposed to wear them at school and at home watching tv or sumthin anyway but sometimes i feel like i cant see anything without it being blurry. i dont want to wear the glasses at school cuz they look bad on me but i need to c the board. last year i got bad grades cuz i couldnt see anything. please dont nag me for getting the glasses in the first place, i cant fix that now. its already been done...

okay, this guy likes me, i mean really really likes me, and i am crazy fro him too, and we have a history. but anyways. he told my friend he really really likes me (we are a big group of friends...lol) and that he doesnt want to give me the impression he doesnt liek me cuz he does. but he's not ready for a relationship right now. but when he's ready he'll ask me out. and i think that i know why he isnt ready, and it's cuz of my freind (now ex-freind) who caused him to break up with me once and and then flirted around with him, just cuz she liked the attention, she didnt care a thing about him, and he ask her out and she laughed in his face and told him no. so, yeah, i think that may be why. but i dont know

hi. im 5'6 and i weigh 103 pounds and i know thats not considered alot but i REALLY want to lose a few pounds so i wanna go on a diet where i dont eat anything at all for a few days. i dont know cuz i feel like i might b anorexic and it sux.. help what should i do
