There's nothing wrong with wanting to try things out. You'll know when you've had enough.

Drinking Mikes Hard Lemonade isnt a bad thing. Lol but Im not much of a drinker and theres time when I crave a little here and there but I mean I dont even consider mikes hard lemonade a DRINK lol But my best friends dad is an alcohlic and seeing what she goes through is so freaking tough. I promised myself I wasnt going to drink all the time becasue I didnt want to become addicted like her father. The good thing is he doesnt own a car that way he wont drink and drive. But The point is you asked if it was a bad thing to crave it? No not really. I mean if it was beer or something much stronger than maybe yea. But not this stuff. Every person wants to "get wasted" one time in there life. I mean I did <before knowing about her dad> So I really dont see anything bad about that either. If you do it as a socail thing every now and then its okay but if you are going out consistantly to drink this may cause a problem. Being a alcoholic isnt just effecting you its effecting everyone else around you wheather you accept it or not. My friend has to watch her dad waste his life away sitting in the living room with a glass<S> of beer in his hand every night. The doc even said he has a high chance of haveing cancer so he has been getting tested weekly! Seeing her cry all the time just brings me down and no kid/friend/ family member should go through this, watching a loved one drink there life away. But wow I just made this into a big organic answer haha Okay back on track! Youll know when you have enough. Just dont over fo yourself just because your friends want you too. hope I helped a little with this monster paragraph! haha

ok mike's hard lemonade is a chicks drink. yea they're very good!! but they definitly aren't strong enough to get you wasted. if you wanna get drunk i suggest you start drinking beer or have the hard licors like wiskey and rum. you'll know you've had enough when you start getting sick all over the place. and no it's not a bad thing that you wanna try it because every teen tries something at least once. and when you do try it once it won't neccessarily be an addiction, but you may end up doing it a couple of more times. n the more you do it, the closer it'll become to "getting old"

Actually, Mike's Hard Lemonade is the only alcoholic drink I know of that tastes good! Actually, there's Smiroff's Twisted II but it's bitter. There's really nothing else good out there. You're only a few years away from being able to drink, so don't worry about it.

well... i think that what it is is that you've tried the hard lemonade and you liked what it did. or your mind liked what it did and it wants to try more.
nearly everyone gets drunk AT LEAST once in their lives. i wouldn't look forward to it though... it'll most likely happen someday (no offense or anything) so just let it. if you don;t want it to become an addiction, stay away from alchohol for the most part... but it takes a bit for it to become an addiction.

hey, drinking isnt a bad thing if you do it at the right time and spot. i drink probaly 4 times a week but i never drink and drive or go otu and act stupid to get arrested. and actully addiction in the AA handbook (alcholics anoymous) is when u drink by yourself because u feel like you need it to be you...i knwo theese things because i was in a rehab for other things for 3 months...but anyways you wont get drunk off of mikes hard unless u drink a 12 pack prettymuch. stop drinking when you feel your chin going numb (this is a pretty good way to know you are drunk) lol but some people cant notice it.

hope i helped you alcholic in a making! sike jk

Your just like me, except I started drinking when I was 14. Your just a little curious. It's a new thing and you just wanna try all ends of it. Becoming a alcoholic is like you drink everyday or everyother day a lot. But every once in awhile partying is ok! You won't really know when to draw the line. Once or if you do drink more you will learn how much your body is willing to handle before you get so out of control and or pass out etc. etc. But just don't chase shot after shots of the vodka and beer after beer. Mike's Hard Lemonade is a mottled beverage, so drinking it won't really make you that much drunk but you'll learn, Hope I could help. =)

mysticpixie05 answered Monday August 23 2004, 1:45 pm:
no. it is def. not an addiction. you have only had one drink before. and it wasnt that bad either bc there is a very little perentage of alochol in mike's hard lemonade. its only like 5%. and its normal for your age to want to go out and get drunk and find out what it is like. and if you were addicted to alcohol then you would have it all day long and every day. it would be a 24/7/365 type of thing. so just go out and have fun. there's nothing wrong with that.

Well I wouldn't call it an addiction if you have only had one drink. And Mike's Hard Lemonade is hardly a drink at that. I am sure you just want to drink because you are curious, and becuase you are under age, it makes it more exciting.

Most people have been drunk at least once in their life, and find out it's not fun. So when you are old enough go for it, get drunk and find out what you really think of driking.
