im tryin to get a flat stomach so im doing 100 situps a day, nd my stomach is gettin a little harder , but i wanna do some more excercizes to get it flat .. ne 1 kno ne? plz i rate 5's!

ok get on the floor like ur doing a sit up,
then put ur hands behind ur head
then put one leg up (not straight up like crunched up kinda liek how u would ride a bike)
and make ur 4head touch the knee of that leg
then put that leg down and do the same with the other leg and do it super fast
ull have a six pack in no time and it works well on thighs i did 6 once and it hurt.lol my mom does 20 a day and she lost like 30 pounds from it

Bicycles work really well-sit up on your elbows and kick your legs in and out while keeping them very low to the ground. Make sure you BREATHE or they won't work. ]
