i have a horrible time getting to sleep at night... it takes me lke 3 or 4 hours every night and sometimes ill go to bed at like 6 just to get enough sleep otherwise im exhausted in the morning. does anyone have any tips to help me fall asleep faster? thank you, ill rate you high

hey! this guy that i like likes me back and he was talking to my friend andhe might ask me out! i would say yes but i have never had a boyfriend and i am in 7th grade... i am the kind of person who thinks we are to young to date... i dont think i want a boyfriend but how do i say no without hurting his feelings, because i still like him?? please help me

my good friend, ill call her jenny, has this boyfriend, ill call him scott, and they were going out for about 6 months. Jenny told scott she was not loving him as much and Scott broke up with her. Jenny was so upset and wouldnt stop crying. They got back together and a few times he has made her cry again. I tell her to dump him now before she gets hurt agian but she says "i thought if i was happy, you would be happy for me, but i guess thats too much to ask" so i tell her "i want to see you happy and every time he makes you cry, your not happy and you just need to end it with him" she wont though and im afraid of how something bad happened to her. The first time they broke up she wouldnt eat for about 4 days and she got a bad rash all over her body. HELP!!

I havent worn makeup much but now that i am getting older i try to wear it. my everytime i wear some, someone says "your wearing makeup!!" and they sound so shocked, it makes me embaraced so i was wondering if i should just start this summer and when i get back to school it will be different.

This isnt about sports too much but people who do sports might be able to help me. I have a big sweating problem and i always wear jackets to cover up my sweat but i was wondering what a good deoderant was that would mostly block sweat so i can wear my cute tee shirts more.

Planning for a vacation in May

My roommates 21st birthday is on May 20th. We are beginning to plan a trip now. We live in Maine, and are dreaming of laying on the beach sipping on margarita's and daiquiri's in Florida.
So far it's going to be me (21/female-will be 22) her, and her 26 year old boyfriend. Her boyfriend wants to go to Orlando so we will be able to go to Universal Studios. I will be taking at least one day/night to go to Daytona to visit my brother and hopefully hang out on some beaches.
I'm asking advice from anyone who lives, or has visited Orlando/Daytona area. I want to know some interesting clubs, bars, beaches, etc.
I would enjoy spending the entire time at the beach, but my roomy's boyfriend would ...

ok well people are always like if u have small breasts, it's comfortable to not wear a bra if you don't want to. well no matter what size your breasts are, aren't your nipples gonna poke out through your shirt? i mean, i just don't get how it can be comfortable with your nipples showing through your shirt and also with your breasts bouncing. thanks for helping!

Heya Im 15 (in 6 days) and female! There is this guy i like him he likes me. But he is popular (captain of the football team) and im not popular his mates cant stand me thus because im not popular. He hasnt told me he fancies me but tells me im pretty and calls me 'bubby' (babe). And he makes it obvious he does. We only smile to each other have talked a few times but he always makes the first move. Are there any good tactics that i can approach him with? How do i fake being confident? OK i weigh about 130 and im not fat but not super skinny my legs are mostly muscle b/c i used to be a catcher and i want to get my legs to be smaller without making my leg muscles bigger what do i do??
