Paid accounts take up to 48 hours to be completely processed. So either by tomorrow or the day after, you're account will be completely processed and you'll be free to "pimp" up your page. Just keep checking in tomorrow and you'll be able to start decorating soon! Hope this helped.

I am not sure but I do know that you don't have to have a paid account to decorate your page.

If you signed up for a paid account, it usually takes about 48 hours to have your account activated. You should probably ask the Admin about this or any other Level 3 moderator. Hope I helped :)

I'm not sure, but you can always ask advicenator_admin or MFS or FernGully. Their level 3's and probably will answer your question!
