I am asian, and I think my nose is quite broad and quite flat. Compared to others, it is not that bad, but I'm just not satisfied with the look of it. I want something like the nose of Lucy Liu, it has a prominent bridge and it is narrow.
The thing is, I need to ask the permission of my mom! We are not close, and I think I'm (middle child) her least fav. child out of her 5 children.
I think I have enough money in the bank to pay for my own beauty enhancement, and I'm old enough to have rhinoplasty because I'm turning 21 in July.
Pls. give me tips and strategies so that she will say yes!

is it just me, or are there certain columnists that are arrogant, bitchy, crude, and ignorant? i've noticed a lot on advicenators, might i add whom don't offer any helpful advice, or relevant for that matter. these stupid little pricks need their ass kicked...
if anyone has any ideas on reporting them to advicenators, let me know.

Im 13 and I am a female. I have the guy that I like and he likes me. One problem is that he lives in Florida and I live in Alabama. The second problem is he is 17 and my mom says that he is to old for me. I really like him and I am willing to do anything. Should I follow my heart or do what my mom says is right and just forget about him???

I am 13 and in the 8th grade. I am homeschooled and want to go back to school. I have been homeschooled since I was in the 6th grade (just in time to start Jr.High). I miss getting to hang out with all my friends from 5th grade. Yes, I've made friends through homeschool but it just not the same. I don't live a normal life. I mean I never have homework, i don't have to get up as early as my friends, If I want to I can extra school work and move up a grade, I'm even doing 9th grade History. My mom wants me to stay homeschooled, she has even tried to bribe me with a trip to Jersulem (which I really want to go there), but only if stay homeschooled all the way through school. I really want to go back to school, but I also want to stay homeschooled. What should I do????

okay me and well now my ex (sorta)had a really good relationship going and then all of a sudden on tuesday night he IM'ed me and was like "we need a break jus for a little while, i promise its not permanent" and then a lil while later he was like "i gtg i love you soo much bye"...and i was thinkin to myself..didnt he jus break up w. me?...but yeah and since then he still IM's me and calls me every night and says i love you so much and stuff..and idk i really love him and he knows it and idk what to do..cuz i seems weird how he did that and everything...anyone understand and wanna help me?...

In my school people get picked on school temas basically because they are friends with the coach. they could be not as good as one person but if they know the coach they will still make it. well i dont know the coach and im trying out for basketball but i dont know if i should because they probally wont pick me cause i dont know the coach cause im ok at basketball im not the best but im not bad (sorry if this is confusing) my question is though should i try out or not?

is it possible to be to "nice"? like here is an example: i can't tell someone they are annoying cause im afriad it mite hurt their feelings... or ... i can't hang out with more than one friend (that's a girl) cause i think i might ignore one of them... it bothers me sometimes

Theres a guy I like and he has a gf and he seems really happy. I wanna be happy for him because hes one of my best friends, but...I cant because I have a crush on him. And I just found out he has a gf and Im really sad, and im getting all teary eyed right now.
