Im 18 & I started seeing someone. Me & my parents told him no sex. I have never had any type of intercourse before cause I wanted to wait till marriage so my parents told him that. Please dont laugh but Id not heard of fingering before. Does that count as losing virginity if he did it 4 different times? He told me it was ok so I let him do it. This was only our first date. I started bleeding & he said it was okay. I told my mum when I got home and she was angry he did that. His fingers still went in my vagina goes so does that mean Im not one anymore? Im so stupid to have listened to him. After this happened I keep getting panic attacks and now they cant stop. Pleae help me.

Does drinking water and staying away from salty foods make your veins bigger?
I tried to give blood but they said my veins were too little. Then I went to the doctor to get shots and they said my veins were small and they asked me was I drinking a lot of water. Does water and non salty foods make your veins bigger?

kickflip problems

well if someone could make a video thatd be awesome...umm so i have a problem with and i have adhd so its kinda frustrating, my problem is when i kickflip, i cant jump high but the board goes up as high as my ollie so i end up stepping on the ground an my reaction is to jump back on the board... please help me this anxiety is killing me and i cant have that happening

Terrible Breast Pain

I've recently experienced my period last week, and am having terrible breast pain. I have never had pain in my boobs. I always use protection when having sex and was just on my period ( although my period was slightly weird because it was a little lighter than usual) so I don't think I'm pregnant, but what other reason could there be for my boobs to hurt this badly?

I am a 14 year old girl. At home and at school I daydream. I'm usually daydreaming about being in one of my favorite books or TV shows like the Hungergames or Pokemon. Honestly, I sometimes finish work faster than the norm in my class and the first thing I do is put my head down and daydream. Is there something wrong with me. I know no one here is a doctor, but advice would really help.

Somewhat sheer top vs bra.

So, I have this lovely blouse from Zara, it is white and somewhat sheer, but not entirely. If I put a white bra or a white cami underneath, it is way too noticeable and looks a little stupid.
I tried it with my black strapless bra and I thought it looked ok. You can just see a hint of the black but nothing more; looks much less subtle than a white bra or cami.
And going braless isn't an option...
Would be this ok to wear out and about? :)

This guy I talk to in one of my classes.. well, we aren't exactly friends, we're more like awkward classroom friends. So I have a big crush on him, and idk how he feels, really. I've read positive signs from him, like him trying to get my attention a lot, staring at me with a small coy smile (especially when he walks right by me), occasionally mimicking my body language, etc. He's this geeky/nerdy/loner type who tends to keep to himself, but the more you're comfortable around him the more he talks to you. I live in Pakistan in a joint family . I have basically no education as in our society we are forced to marry young . I'm only 22 and have 2 kids . A three year old and a five month year old . I l can't live like this any longer . I'm not allowed to decide anything about my life or my kids lives for example what
I want them to wear . I live with a verbally abusive man and my parents will not support me for a divorce . I'm ready to leave my children but I can't earn as I have no education . If suicide is not a good option then what can u do . There are no places in Pakistan for someone like me.

Losing Weight

19/f I'm looking for suggestions and/or tips on how to lose weight. I'm 5'10 and the 230lbs (the last time I was weighed at the doctors which was months ago) I would really like to lose weight in my stomach area, my thighs, and my arms. I eat fruit everyday and water and pineapple juice is really all I drink. I attempted to start the Special K diet, but I've kind of given up on that. I also consume sweets all the time, its like a constant need, so any tips on how to curb my appetite would also be helpful. And exercises that I could do at home, I do go walking on the trail with my friend 2-4 times a week for about an hour. Thanks all suggestions and comments will be helpful

My boyfriend and I just broke up and we loved each other alot like it was different and i just heard today for like 4 people that he was flirting with his ex last night!!! I started crying and i dont want to seem like a baby but i thought what we had was special and it hurts that he can be over me so quick.
