kickflip problems

well if someone could make a video thatd be awesome...umm so i have a problem with and i have adhd so its kinda frustrating, my problem is when i kickflip, i cant jump high but the board goes up as high as my ollie so i end up stepping on the ground an my reaction is to jump back on the board... please help me this anxiety is killing me and i cant have that happening

My brother and I used to skate ALL the time and it took me forever to be able to do a kickflip. I had the same problem. I found out that I wasn't using my legs like I should be. When setting up for a kickflip you'll a point where your body naturally leans to and when kicking off use that point to jump up. I hope this help! Good luck!! :D
