Does drinking water make your veins bigger?

Does drinking water and staying away from salty foods make your veins bigger?

I tried to give blood but they said my veins were too little. Then I went to the doctor to get shots and they said my veins were small and they asked me was I drinking a lot of water. Does water and non salty foods make your veins bigger?

Yes but some people do just have small veins. It wouldn't hurt to increase your water intake. It's very good for you.

yeah, its called being properly hydrated. having small wimpy veins means that you are not drinking enough water. this is unhealthy. drink more water.
