Guilty for Making Girlfriend Regret about Our Sex

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for half a year. We begin having sex recently the past months. Premarital sex isn't a common thing in our society, and this amount of time for dating is extremely short for sex. But we love and lust for one another very much. I made sure that she was OK with it.
However, recently she changed her mind about it. What devastate me is that she's feeling ashamed of herself for being unable to control her feelings and urges. What more is that she regretted it even if we both were extremely happy before.

First of all, this is my first boyfriend. And I just finished high school. I think it's ridiculous of how people "date" from elementary school because by then girls brag about how they've had like 20 boyfriends. Which just sounds awful to me. To me having a boyfriend is like a potential husband in the VERY far future.
I never even liked anyone until I met him. It wasn't instantly but after a couple of classes I realized what a great guy he was and not like all the immature guys in school. Well basically since I was 10 my nextdoor neighbour started harassing us. Not going to go into details but one major thing that happened was he hit my mums boss around the head with a hammer when she was at my house because he was making noise out his front and walked over hands behind back then hit her full force and she near died. There's this guy...I recently realized that I do like him. I kind of have this feeling that nothing will ever happen for a few reasons, but I still get super nervous around him. Sometimes, we'll walk and talk together in the mornings before and after 1st period. I used to have no problem keeping up a conversation with him, but now I'm struggling to keep up my side of it and it turns into an awkward silence. I can never think of anything to say and I feel like I mumble on sometimes. I'm always afraid to approach him in the hallway when I see him so I wait until he comes up to me. I think he thinks that I don't want to talk to him or that I don't like him. How can I overcome my shyness/nervousness and be a little more flirty when I talk to him? Modeling/Acting application

I didn't really know what category to place this. I filled out an online modeling/acting application and they called me a few days ago. Problem is, I sent an older photo of myself to them. It's a about three years old. I'm 20 now and I was 17 in the picture. I sent that photo because it was one of the few I had on my laptop. My hair was darker and styled differently. I haven't changed too much as far as looks. My hair is a sandy/dark blonde now. What do I do? I didn't think they would call me. I just found the application online when I was researching opportunities in my area. I was thinking about trying out for America's next top model because my friends and family have been encouraging me to do so.

Training but losing fitness

I'm a cross country runner, and have been running for about a year now. I've been increasing my mileage since the end of the season, and I've been so happy with my results! I am a senior, and have been training for a division 3 college team for next fall. The problem is, though, my running has gotten so much worse this past week. Formerly I could run about 10 miles and my muscles wouldn't even feel sore! But the other day when I went to the track for speed work, I could barely finish a mile. I have no idea what happened! I'm pretty devastated, though. I'm not recovering from injuries or anything. I do have two theories: I haven't eaten meat in like a month, so maybe I'm lacking protein?
