boobs are uneven !
I just wanna know why one of my boobs is bigger than the other. Also, how can I change that? It's been bothering me. Thank you.

It is normal for one breast to be slightly different is size and shape even than the other. Now the difference in size may be more distinct while your breast are still growing.
If there is a large difference in size then this is not normal and you need to see a doctor. The problem is treatable; usually with plastic surgery once you have fully matured.
The first thing you need to do is talk with your mom. This is not a sex issue so their should be nothing to be embarrassed about. Should she want to look at your breast, to see the size difference herself, there is still no reason to be embarrassed. You are both women and she too has breasts. That and the fact she is your mother and as she will probably tell you she did change your diapers.
The problem itself, if minimal is very normal. No two of anything is exactly alike. Which is why breast enhancement surgery is so popular. No matter how good the surgeon may be they will not get both breast to be exactly the same. This being so they will look normal to anyone fortunate enough to see them up close and personal.
