Swim Team

Ok I'm 13/F . I will be starting a competative swim team tomorrow morning and it will last all summer. I will have practices 1 hour for 3 days a week and a swim meet (competion) every Thursday for 3 hours. My question is, can I expect to lose a few unwanted inches on my stomach, thighs and legs with all this swimming? (Im hoping maybe 2 maybe 3 in on thighs, 1 or 2 on stomach an 1 or 2 on arms) I'll rate!! :) thanx! <3

ok. So I've been planning on asking this boy out tomorrow since last wednesday. i didn't because he was sick for wed, thurs, and fri. so i couldn'y. so i've been waiting for monday and yesterday, this boy i liked asked me out. And i said yes. But i want the other boy. and i dont really like the one who asked me out anymore. do i brake up with him now? or do i wait, ask the guy out, and if he says yes, break up with the other one? HELP!! oh and i had a dream last night that the guy i've been waiting to ask out asked me out, is that supposed to be a sign?

Bad Odor

This is really embarrasing but...
"Down there" i think has a bad odor (i'm a girl)
Is there anything I can do to stop this? I heard certain foods can make it smell bad, is that true and which ones? Also, is there anything i can put on it or in it or something to make it smell better?

I'm 5'4" and i weigh 160lbs. the thing is I don't look fat and I don't look like i weigh that much, but it bothers me. All my friends say i'm lucky because I'm average {look it anyone}. All my friends have this idea that i weigh like 115lbs. It's weird 4 me 2 hear them say that cause I know the truth. Any way i'm just happy i don't look like i weigh that much. But does anyone have a work out plan where u can lose weight quickley? If so please write me back and tell me. I'm hoping to lose between 15-20 pounds before I go 2 the beach. ~Thanx~

Ok, this is how it is. Have 2 bestfriends at school; we have been friends 4ever. Anyway one of my friends {Lets call her Karla}found out that my other bf {Lets call her Tisha} was talking about her behind her back. It's very hard 4 me because everytime I talk to 1 of them the other 1 asks if she said anything about her. It's driving me nuts! I don't know if I can take it anymore. Anyway I've been friends with "Karla" longer than I have "Tisha". I've known "Karla" 4 about 8 years, and I've been friends with "Tisha" 4 about 2 years. my friends ken and sarah really like each other. they just started dating yesterday. the problem is, she lives an hour away from our town. they both love each other so much, but she is having a few doubts about the long distance relationship. i think LDR's are hard and don't usually work out, but i think these two can pull it off with their love. what do you think they should do? if you need more info, please tell and i will give it.

I really like this boy that i've known for a long time now and ever since ive met him ive liked him A LOT. so we went out then we broke up..then went out again and broke up again. I still like him SO much and ive tried to talk to other guys but i still cant get him out of my head and id do ANYTHING to not like him anymore because he has a girlfriend. I want him to realize how much still like him but he goes and tells his girlfriend that I'm friends with. I really need help fast! im 15 and so is my gf. She is "Emotionally unstable" as in she used to cut(but stoped for 6 months) and crys to the easist things.how can i break up with her so i dont hurt her feelings too bad.
