I'm 5'4" and i weigh 160lbs. the thing is I don't look fat and I don't look like i weigh that much, but it bothers me. All my friends say i'm lucky because I'm average {look it anyone}. All my friends have this idea that i weigh like 115lbs. It's weird 4 me 2 hear them say that cause I know the truth. Any way i'm just happy i don't look like i weigh that much. But does anyone have a work out plan where u can lose weight quickley? If so please write me back and tell me. I'm hoping to lose between 15-20 pounds before I go 2 the beach. ~Thanx~

you could go running every morning with a sweatshirt on(which makes you sweat and get rid of extra water weight, but make sure you drink plenty of water or else you'll get dehydrated), do lots of exercises like doing a crunch and holding the "crunch" position for like 15-20 seconds a couple times, or push-ups or something. hope i helped!

dang. how can you not look fat? im 5'4" and i weigh 100 on my best day. and depending on what i wear i sometimes look a little chunky. i dunno, but on a less rude note..this is something you might want to search online for. that way you can pick out something that youll do, but that works too. otherwise you could jog, thats what i do. or if you have a pool then swim. when you swim, it works out like a hundred different muscles in your body. but i think you should go to your search engine and look it up that way, itll help a lot more.
