Can someone give me a daily diet plan thing like what should I eat in the morning, afternoon ,and night? What are some healthy snacks i could eat in between?
Also whats the best extersize to tighten up your stomach?

I wanna change
Im so sick of "me", I've had boyfriends but nothing worth mentioning. I wanna stand out, be worth lookin at, and I wanna be happy with myself.
1.I have deep blonde hair *almost a light brown* with some lighter highlites.
2.Im 5'2" I weigh 108
3. My hair is shoulder length, framed in front
4. I have a zit problem, my forhead is covered, and my nose has a few blackheads
I'll rate high on any good comments on how to become " The New Me"

Vidal Sassoon Hair Straightener

My friend recently gave me a Vidal Sassoon Hair straightener (its black, with a black and silver handle) . She had already thrown away the instuctions and she's in California for 2 1/2 weeks. My problem is i dont know how/where to put the water to steam Ion, and steam my hair. If you have this straightener and you know how to do this, please tell me where to put the water, how much, and how to straighten it with the steam setting? I'll rate BunChes!!! :)

i have serius issues on depression. i mean everyday for the past month ive been down. please dont make fun of me. i cant help it. i just lost a gr8 friend/boyfriend a couple of weeks ago and i havent been happy or the same since then. i dont want to take freakin pills cause it makes me feel unhuman. it lowers my self esteem. i havent had any self esteem in over a month. everybody told me to move on and find someone else to go out with but its not that simple to move on after a heartbreak. i have changed so much in the past month. Please help me. what the heck should i do? ill do anything if it works. ill rate high and ill write super great about you if you just help me. thanks and please hurry!

ok well 3 years ago i went on a cruise and i was hanging out with 2 guys and my cousin, my cousin's name is Lexi, my friend i met on the cruise were Matt and Reily. I started to like Reily, and Matt liked me, and Reily liked Lexi, and lexi liked no one. Okay, I asked a question a while ago saying that I went to the movies with my guy friend & that there were hints that he liked me. Well, I got alot of great answers so thanks to everyone.
I've decided I want to tell him that I have feelings for him. If I don't, I know it will be on my mind ALL summer. Anyone have an idea on how I could go about doing that?

i have the boy that i like number and i dont want to call it becuz im too scared. i dont know how will react to the fact that i got his number from my cousin. i took it from her phone. and i really don't know why i did it. and somehow i memorized it. i can't call it without my name being on the caller ID. and i dont know what to say to him. and i know what he's all about so i dont wanna do no mushy stuff if i do talk to him. and i dont want to forget about it becuz i think i would regret it. and most of my friends dont know him that well. and i really don't want to do three way with my friends anyway. so what do i do?

Eating Disorder?

I'm 13, 5'6, and 121 pounds. My friends all say I'm skinny, but I don't see a skinny person when I look in the mirror. Are my friends just being nice and saying I'm skinny or am I and not realizing it. Does this lead to eatind disorders? What are some symptoms?

TOTAL BLUSh! I have blue vains going all down my CHEST and on my breasts they're so embarrasing i cant wear a nice bikini or a low top. How can I make them look not as noticable all my fat goes to my but not any where else really! Im only young so plastic surgery aint' a option any help? Ta x

I'm 15 and going into 10th grade but the guy I like is 19 and going to be a sophmore in college. We've been hanging out alot and he said he liked me too...but my mom is way against it. she says he's too old and she 'knows what older guys want out of younger girls' but its not like that at all. How do I get her to see that he's not jus trying to get some?
