EAting Can someone give me a daily diet plan thing like what should I eat in the morning, afternoon ,and night? What are some healthy snacks i could eat in between?
Also whats the best extersize to tighten up your stomach?

a heathy snack would be fruits: bananas, oranges, pineaple, ect.
and vegies: corn, carrots, ect.
and have a ballenced diet with carbs... but not too much. stay away from fattys like double fudge brownies and you will be okay ]
ok i dont know about whole weekly plan but i can give you ideas of what kind you can eat...
breakfast
it could be ...
1. fryed egg ( one only) with OJ and 1 toast bread
2. Fruits are always good if you are still hungry from your breakfast meal...
but remember , not too much.
lunch.
1. sandwitch with VEGGIES! they are actually good tasting with sandwitches.. juice (better than sodas so try to lay off on those...)
2. bowl of chillis ( that was my personal suggestion because i think chillis are so great lol)
and fruits ... if you are craving for something
better than snacks and stuff like that
dinner
1. it could be your ordinary meals ... unless you pig out on fast foods...
2. spaghetti
3. 2 slices of pizzas
4. salad...
and etc...
just not to big...
and this is important...
fruit is better for you if you eat in morning
so dont eat it all the time...
and for exercise..do those tredmills thing and mini stepper for 30 min per every other day while you are watching movie or TV so time flies faster lol hope this helped ]
I hear if you cook food in the dryer it comes out healthier because it doesn't have all the grease.
Richard Simmons workouts also are fairly nice.
