what do u do when u workout but the muscle builds underneath and pusheds out the belly fat that you already have? im a cheerleader and i play softball. im really in shape minus the bulge on my tummy.

Alright well I had a relationship with this kid for over a year.. we broke up about 3 1/2 months ago and hes dating and im sure im ready to date again.. well my best friend nick finially told me hes liked me since before me and my x went out..and hes liked me for that long. and i only see him as a best friend. his name is nick and i always use to talk to him about all my problems now i cant because he likes me and i dont like him and i dont want him to hate me if i got another boyfriend. theres also this kid andy i guess andys liked me for 3 weeks and hes a sweet kid hes so much fun too hang out with and yeah hes alright i kinda like him but not as much as this kid adam. adams everything hes perfect and i want to go out with him..i would bu...

I CANNOT break up with anyone. I used to be able to but now I just CAN'T! I can't stand the fact that I'm breaking up with someone that I still want to be friends with. Usually I have my friends break up with the guy for me, but it just doesn't seem...I dunno. The guy I want to break up with now is awesome and I CAN'T and i mean Can't stand to break up with him but I have my reasons and I want to. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can dump him with out being mean?

Bad friends

so i have these friends well i thought they were and one is really mean and stuff that isnt true, i cant take them and this girl gets everyone else mad at me i dont know what i can do. she has gotten 3 of my best friends mad at me and they ALWAYS talk about me behind my back, and they look at me and make fun of me. they were my friends but i dont know now. they always give me really mean glares, and then my other friend always says how much she hates these girls but then the next day she hangs out with them and talk about me. i dont know what to do and im about to have a total break down. all my friends say they will be the crap out of them if they wont stop, but i dont want anyone to get hurt, i just want the rumors to stop. please help any advice would be helpful. please.

Alright .. There is this guy and I guess you can say we both like each other. We both have hearts in our AIM profile with kissy faces next to it. We talk on the phone at night and stuff like that. Well one of my friends came up to me and said! You didnt tell me you were going out with him!.. I was just like what? cause technicly we arent going out. Well then I found out that this girl name Alex told my friend I was going out with him (also I forgot he goes to a different school) .. well alexes boyfriend is like bestfriends with him. So my friend thinks that he might have told alexes boyfriend and alexes boyfriend told alex... but im not sure.. We arent officialy going out right? do you think he told people we were? does he even want people ...

So I've liked my best friend Andy for a while, but he doesn't know. I care about him and he cares about me, we call each other up everyday and talk for at least an hour, and whenenver we hang out I feel such a connection with him. I really want to let him know I feel, but I'm so afraid to. I know if I told him our relationship wouldn't change, whether he likes me back or not, because he's like that. My friend already asked him if he would ever hook up with me, but his response is, "Well .. she's my best friend.." or "I can't think of my best friend like that..." But he said I was pretty and he loved my personality.
I don't know if I should tell him how I feel or how I should tell him how I feel .. should ...

well now i really got myself into a mess i've been talking to a guy i use to like and im gettin feelings back for him but i have a bf and i like him so much id say love if i could but its not love yet..wut do i do..i really wanna stay with my bf and im sure i will but i like dont wanna hurt the other guy and ya..but me and my bf live 45 minutes apart so i dont see him much and the other guy lives in the same town as me ..HELP!

How do I steer the conversation while at lunch with someone whose wife has just died? I am in a club at work. I am meeting a man from this club for lunch and it is strictly club related. This man retired to care for his ailing wife. The day after he retired she died. What do you say to someone who just lost a loved one? I feel funny asking how he is doing...obviously he is doing horrible, his wife just died. My first impulse is to not mention her death at all but I have yet to offer my personal condolences. Outside of the club I do not know this man.
