azngemini answered Wednesday June 15 2005, 12:14 pm: yeah, like if you eat 3 servings of dairy products a day, it'll help you lose more weight. you should try yoplait light yogurt, they're really good, and they help you lose weight
but try not to eat ice cream, or other fattening dairy products because they'll make you gain more weight than you'll lose.
ilovepink101 answered Wednesday June 15 2005, 9:27 am: a yeah theres actually alot of foods!!!you can choose fruits veggies low fat splenda sugar!!you have so many diffrent choices..you no that fruit helps you loose weight..or you can eat smaller portionsn of food..not syaing that you eat large ones..just saying IF you do..well theres many ways you can loose weight..and theres many food types that will help you loose that weight..

SoInToYoUx0x answered Tuesday June 14 2005, 11:06 pm: i dont know what you really should eat but i know what you shouldnt. u shoukdnt eat, bread, rice, anthing that has floor or too much sweet in it. i know my cusion is on a diet right now al she eats is chicken and salad and it seems to be working. what i did is i ate whatever i wanted but 4 instacne say i had a whoile bowl of ice cream i only ate less then half of it. it doesnt matter what you it is HOW MUCH of it you eat. i hope this helps you out.
