My husband bought me a dog when we first got married, I loved this dog more than anything in the whole world..time passes me and hubby got a divorce and I moved.. that living situation didnt work out and I asked my Ex to take care of my dog for a few months for me (I knew he would take good care of her) anyways, I just found out that he gave Precious away! He gave her to his brother and his brother's wife -the wife, which hates me more than anyone on the face of the earth! What can I do? She was not a pure breed dog so I have no papers on her of that kind. I do have all my papers from vet visits with my name being on the reciepts as the owner. I also have TONS of picutres of me and her from the last 5 years. Do I have any legal rights or should I plot to steal her back? This woman never took care of her dogs and you could always see there rib cages. It is breakin my heart that my dog could possibly not be fed or showed the love she needs. Please just offer me your opinion... my heart is breaking! P.S. I'm married now and can provide her all the love and care she could ever need.

im no lawyer im just a person with a temper and a animal lover. heres ur legal rights go over there see if your dog is ok if not go thru the door bust her in the face and take the dog or just call the humane society if you can see your dogs ribs and tell them to get your dog back before it starves to death. but i would go with the first thing

heres what works for me make a folder that says lime wire save ur songs from limewire to that folder. open up windows media player and open that file then there u go

Alright, now I get sleep and everything, but whenever I am in school and stuff, I still continue to be tired. Haha, it being boring doesn't help too much either. Anyways. I was thinking about purchasing an energy drink to drink in the morning to help me stay a little more awake, and I keep hearing of this energy drink, MONSTER. I hear it's great, it taste good, etc.
But: I am a picky person. I don't like alot of flavors and tastes.
So.
To anybody whose ever drank it, what does it taste like? I tried an energy drink once, it tasted like pineapple, and I spit it out, haha. I'm not repeating that again.
But, to anybody else, even if you haven't drank MONSTER, any other energy drink suggestions and what do they taste like?

I have this friend and we have been friends since we were 4 years old. We are now both 13. Well, last year was our first year at middle school. We both met a lot of new people and I made some new friends and she made some new friends. Well last year, we dicided that we didn't want to be best friends anymore and to just be friends. We still were talking, hanging out and spending the night at each others houses so it was kinda like we were still best friends. Well this year in 8th grade we kinda faded away. We never talk and if we do its like, 1 little sentance. Well at the end of this summer (summer 2006), my mom, dad and I took her on a little trip for 3 days. I could invite anyone I wanted and I chose her because I thought we were still friends and thought it would be fun. Well, like I said earlier, we just started 8th grade this year and she now treats me like crap. She never talks to me, always ignores me and thinks she is all that and only she and her *new* best friend are the only important ones. HELP!!! I really don't know what to do. I've tried talking to her and she just makes rude coments. What I also forgot to say was that she gets mad over the STUPIDEST things. I really am not sure what to do. Should I just ignore her or be mean back? Thanks everyone!

I'm a columnist on here and have been for about a year or so. I've noticed hundreds of questions dealing with depression. While I understand that it seems to be more common in teenagers now, why is it that it is mostly girls? Is it the way they are raised? Is it imprinted in DNA? I'm interested in the psychological aspect of it and hope to major in it someday, but I've looked it up everywhere online and can't find a reliable source. Why are people so quickly to state that something is RACIST?? COME ON in a time of distruction we shouldnt be blaming other people but helping each other. NOT stealing guns, loitering places, shooting each other and raping girls. I'm a Junior (16) and male. Never had a girlfriend; i'm the outspoken-nerd stereotype. Somehow everybody thinks I have a social life, don't know where they got that idea.
Anyway, there's this girl (we'll call her Kylie). She's heavily into music theatre (as am I), and we're both pretty good, so that's plenty of starting ground. To say I have feelings for her would be an understatement. At this point, I get lost. I don't know where to go from here because I've never had a girlfriend before and don't really know exactly what the procedure is (if there even is one). I've (perhaps unwisely) tried to keep my distance while remaining friendly as I've had too many experience getting on the "friends" list for life. In addition, I am really (really) scared of hurting her. She means the world to me, and I don't use that phrase lightly. A positive comment can literally make my day.
Anyway, I guess I need to know what to do from here. Some specific examples would be nice... what has worked for you. Keep in mind that I'm not at all the agressive type. It would be best for any action on my part to be able to be interpereted several different ways, that way if I determine no interest I can feign some other excuse. Basically, anything that reveals my feelings without really revealing my feelings (as stupid as that sounds). Should I just become her friend and hope I don't get shoved in the friends abiss? I also want to go slowly. Very, very slowly, because I am about scared half to death here. Help me out!

I've been with my girlfriend for over 18 months. I'm 19 and female and i just transfered schools. She's 18 and is just going in to college.
