what do u do when u workout but the muscle builds underneath and pusheds out the belly fat that you already have? im a cheerleader and i play softball. im really in shape minus the bulge on my tummy.
vermillion26 answered Tuesday June 14 2005, 11:16 pm: you might want to try reverse sit-ups, they wont create that bulky look,in combination with regular sit-ups/crunches. do some cardiovascular exercises. keep going with your routine. good luck.
