I started doing 100 squats every night starting last week. (I stretch before I do them, so don't worry). What areas do squats help improve? When should I start seeing noticeable results?

whats going on i am looking for a work out that i could do a couple times a week to boost my strength and endurance. I play hockey I would like to focus on my legs and sholder strength. thanks for any tips or work out.

give me directions to lose my flabby upper arm...I dont want exercises to build up muscles or anything... i just want exercises to thin up my upper arms... please help me

Ok so I am seriously determined to lose weight and tone up but I need a little bit of hints and pointers. My main problem areas are my tummy, inner thighs and my entire back. If anyone knows of things that I can to to work on these areas thanks and it is much appreciated.

ok so my thighs are kinda..big. like there not fat but there not skinny there pretty chubby though. and i dont like it. what can i do to make my thighs skinnier?? and around my knee i think its fat cause its kinda chunky there. but anyone who can help please..

I think my vagina is too big. When I lay down on my back, it like, sticks out from my pants. It's so annoying because I'm afraid in the future a guy will be like feeling me up and be like woah what the hell. I'm currently losing weight and I plan on losing 15-20 pounds..will my vagina size be smaller? Help!

I have a lot of belly fat and other fat too but especially my belly. I also have huge hips and buttocks. I'm not obese but I just have a lot of unattractive-looking fat. What can I do specifically to get rid of this? I especially would like advice on losing belly fat. I eat healthy already. So, what should I do?

I told yawlz how much I hate gym, right? Well, it's a funny thing. The only fitness thing I do is: YOGA. I was thinking, is it possible to talk to my gym teacher and ask him if I can make a yoga type part of the class? I found out that, yes I must pass 'gym' to pass high school. Which in my opinion is a load of bull shit. Anyway, do you think I can convince my gym techer and principle to do this? I have almost 30 more peepz who agree with me on this. So, there'd not only be me doing yoga, but many others. Would a bunch of signartures work??? Please respond, ASAP!
p.s please no rudeness. I can't put up with it...

Ok, before I ask I'm not asking if I'm fat and no I don't wanna go on a crash diet because all these girl at school are super skinny. I just wanted to know if I was normal weight. I'm 15 years old, 5'5" and i way about 130... so is that ok (normal)? I also play sports in the winter so if i am just a bit out of sorts would that help me?

16/F/160-ish cm/145 lbs
As the title says, I want to lose weight. Not to look disgustingly skinny, but to look healthy and less flabby before spring or before softball season because I always get to the base a few seconds after the ball has been caught [I can run just as fast as my much skinnier friends]
I guess an appropriate goal would be 15-20 lbs (or a size 5 in jeans, currently a 7) because I want to still be proportionate and not a bobble head.
I do not have access to a gym since the only gym equipment that my school has is for the weight training class (the class is only for males, haha), and I have no means of transportation to a community gym (like YMCA). I lost 4 pounds over the summer...

What do I eat if I avoid eating carbs? (And I don't like veggies much, by the way. So no vegetarian diet for me;) ) What other food choices am I left with? (And I also try not to eat pork.) I need to lose weight because I've gained around 10 lbs. over our semestral break and I am not happy with my body. I also started to lessen my carb intake and lessened my food intake, in general. Still, there isn't much improvement.
I think the problem is really with the food (cuz I dance a lot, I exercise for at least an hour everyday), so please give me some suggestions as to what I should eat.
