Also, holding a push-up position can do it. If you bend you elbows so your mid-way and hold it for like 3 seconds and then go back to the original push-up position. Do this a couple of times. Your waist and abs will sting but in a good way! :)
Orrrrr, you can lay down and put your palms flat next to you towards the ground. then you left your legs that are closed together up in the air towards the ceiling. You butt lifts slightly. And you will get a sting feeling in your lower back and waist/abs.
