whats going on i am looking for a work out that i could do a couple times a week to boost my strength and endurance. I play hockey I would like to focus on my legs and sholder strength. thanks for any tips or work out.

something that is good for you legs is if you stand straght against a wall..adn jsut bend you knees with you back against teh wall and jsut move down closer to the floor, stop moving...adn jsut sit there for like 10 seconds and then you stand back up nd you do it like 10 times..and it builds up strenght in you legs...and for any otehr exercizes..you can jsut jog for about a half hour 3-4 times a week and that would help with that...good luck the the exercieses..
