Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? bbbyron answered Tuesday November 13 2007, 3:05 pm: this is very easy to answer. i have a lot of experience with losing weight. however all my experiences come from my own body. and yours is im sure a lot different. first things first, set a realistic goal for weightloss. by keeping it realistic you can keep a very positive attitude when you meet your goal, and you are a lot more likely to keep off the weight you do lose. i would say you can easily lose 4-8lbs a month depending on what you have to lose. if you set your goal low, lets say to lose 1lb a week, and to keep it off, you are more likely to gain success and follow through with what you are doing because you will become more used to that particular lifestyle.
