There is truly no such thing as spot reducing your body. You can't just spot reduce your thighs or any other place without working out the rest of your body.

Try doing cardio which will help burn fat. Things like running, jogging, riding a bike all do this. After cardio you can do things like squats and lunges to help strengthen your thighs, so you won't do any damage to the muscle.

Secondly don't eat junk. Eat healthy foods in your diet like fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grain, lean meats. These all will make a difference and your body will thank you afterwards.

Hope this helps. =)

be thankful that you don't have my thighs. they are the grossest, fattest thighs you will ever see. i can't wear shorts because they ride up. whenever i wear pants holes get rubbed on the inner thighs because my thighs explode into eachother and there's not enough room for both of them.

i assume you're like 100 pounds and 5'5" annd you think you're fat but you're super skinny.

you're a woman- your thighs should not be "skinny". that's just gross and unnatural. you're probably noticing the difference between the way your body is now and how it was before you hit puberty.
but if you really want to know if your thighs are fat- you can send me a pic of them. i'll be honest.

-----EDIT-----

OMG 5'4" and 140 that's average or thin. you're a woman and you are SUPPOSED to have curves. you're at the perfect weight for your height.

The best way to lose weight period is proper diet and exercise. Im sure you already know that part so lets delve a little deeper. Running or if you cant do that for a long period of time jogging are two great ways to really work the thighs. Another is of course the good old fashioned squats and when those get boring just hold on to some weight and do them. Or you could do some wall sits where you put your back against the wall with your feet in front of you so that you lower your torso till your thighs are parrellel to the ground. GREAT BURN! haha good luck
