exercise thin up my upper flabby arms

the only prob i have with my body is my flabby upper arm...
give me directions to lose my flabby upper arm...I dont want exercises to build up muscles or anything... i just want exercises to thin up my upper arms... please help me

ok well there are really a couple things you can do.
1.) babysit littler kids, they constantly want to be picked up or lifted onto things. this is an amazing way to tone your arms without adding mass. play "rocketship" hehe.
2.) chinups or pushups
3.) do lots of curl type excercises with super low weights...like 2.5-5 lbs. about 24 times on each arm.
4.) on the slim chance you might have an interest in this, take up pole vault...its a field event during track.
