How do you learn how todance? Can you give me a story about your experience??? i reallly want to learn how because all i do is sing (but im no THAT goo) i wanna learn how do you knowhow to have a soft body annd good dancing with the body

well me and my sister have been dancing forever. you have to really want it or else it just wont happen. its not so much being technically correct as it is lettin your emotion come through the movements. be dedicated and try your hardest. be confident in yourself and youll get good faster. it usually takes a while and sometimes youll get discouraged. practice at home to the kind of music you like to listen to. by practicing different moves you learn itll be easier to learn others or make up your own. control comes with practice, and classes vary in price based on where you are. good luck :)

well. im the same size as you and im a sophomore... you shouldnt compare yourself to your friends. everyone is different and i know this isnt really what you want to hear, but in reality you probably appear more proportionate :)

i hav dark brown hair, and it looks black, i want to put bleach blond streaks in, im not sure if it will look good or not. im not tan, but im not super pale. should i do it? i want to do it because i want a new look.
well generally it might be a better idea if you started out with putting lighter brown streaks in. idk im just a little worried that the brown and blonde are too large of a contrast. just my opinion though.

how you clean a brush/comb?
i did with hot water and put shampoon on it and clean out....idk if that thing to do.
when you brushing your hair, they have some left over dirt thing on it. if you don't know what that mean. yea little dirt thing.
i want keep my brush/comb clean and also how often do i need clean?
run hot (really hot) water in a bowl and add a little bit of dish soap. make sure you pull out all the hair or lint out of the brush/comb and then swish it in the water for a few seconds. then rinse it out well :)

Well my teeth are not so white , as to what i feel comfortable with. I have a very pretty smile but i feel sort of out of place when i do smile because my teeth are not what i want them to look like . Is there anyway i can make my teeth whiter with out going to the dentist , i heard something about baking soda , but i dont know how to use it with my brush. Help please.
theres this toothpaste my sister uses because she has a similar problem...its called rembrant. you can get it at most stores for around $7 a tube :)its made with baking soda it just tastes a lot better

I'm tired of changing clothes and getting "you look pregnant" comments. I gain so much when I'm bloated. How can I fix this? I was thinking of going on another birth control pill. Would that help?
Water does not help. I've been drinking *only* water for 2 years. so seriously, is there some secret out there?
well i usually use the midol thing and it helps a lot. also water is what causes you to bloat but it can be made worse by the amount of sodium you consume. salt tricks your body into thinking its dehydrated and forces your cells to retain water. hope this helps :)

well yesterday i bought the victoria secret bare bronze sheer self tan moose. well im an idiot and forgot to wash my hands after it. and i missed a few spots and i just want it off, i tried nail polish on my hands and my knuckles and in between my fingers are still brown. any way to ge it off my hands and or body?

the only prob i have with my body is my flabby upper arm...
give me directions to lose my flabby upper arm...I dont want exercises to build up muscles or anything... i just want exercises to thin up my upper arms... please help me
ok well there are really a couple things you can do.
1.) babysit littler kids, they constantly want to be picked up or lifted onto things. this is an amazing way to tone your arms without adding mass. play "rocketship" hehe.
2.) chinups or pushups
3.) do lots of curl type excercises with super low weights...like 2.5-5 lbs. about 24 times on each arm.
4.) on the slim chance you might have an interest in this, take up pole vault...its a field event during track.

keep trying to think positively...thats good. however, do not tell your self that everything is ok if it isnt. if somethings wrong talk to someone about it. try finding a new hobby that you enjoy. also, if you find a friend who is happy, but can feel sadness or empathy too, they are the best type of person to talk to.

I'm so jealous of my friends. Whenever they talk about going to parties or their sexual experiences I just can't stand it. It makes me so angry. I've never done any of the things they've done (I realize some of those things are lies, but they all aren't. Especially if they can back up they're story.) Even things as simple as going on a date. I've never had a date or a kiss or anything. I've never been invited to a party. I've never done anything worthy enough to tell a story about. Unless you count "you had to be there" stories, which I don't. And it gets so bad that I get pissed off at them and I can't even be around them any more. So my question is: How do I get past my jealousy? How do I get rid of it?
i'm assuming your friends are guys...if they arent this isnt going to help. guys like that are really immature...they're so insecure that they need to brag about all the stuff that they've done to someone just to feel great about themselves. its stupid. feel proud of yourself for not ever having to be in a compromising situation like i bet some of your friends have. also, you could just try asking your friends to not talk about that sort of stuff around you. if that doesnt work, try to tactfully change the subject to something more comfortable.

well, you cant really gain arm weight...what you can gain is muscle mass. try doing push-ups or doing some sort of arm excercise...while you do this though make sure you eat protein...because it will help you gain muscle mass faster

Okay there's this kid James who goes to my school. I see him as a friend but all my friends thinks he likes me. The thing is, he's not exactly what you would call friendly. Sometimes he's just really mean to me when I don't even do anything. Like this morning, my friend pushed me through a door after gym class, and now all he does is say "go run into the door" and at the end of the day I just said "Hi" and he's like "F**k you." Whenever he, or anyone, does this I get all upset sorta. I'll go "Jeez why are you so frickin mean to me?! I've never even done anything to you and you're still as mean as heck to me" When I do THIS he laughs like he was joking to begin with just to see me upset. But other times he's really nice to me. It's really confusing me.

yeah ok...i know someone like this..we'll call them andy...he used to be really nice and then yell all types of insults ten seconds later...people like this arent really good friends, they're usually just insecure about themselves and by insulting you they feel better about themselves. by being nice they get the feeling that they're good reliable friends. its kinda hard to stay away from them but just remind yourself that he's using you to boost himself...i'm 14/f too
