My friend lets call her july she can be really annoying sometimes and she is really really really reallly really really lazy and slow we have only know eachother for like 1 year she drives me crazy now and has to know everything about my family she tells my mom everything and i hate it i want to tell her but she never listens! Hi. im not writing this question for people to tell me im unique and crap, but lately, ive just been feeling bad. I think im ugly. People always tell me that im ugly. its just my face..i mean my nose is just so weird that i feel so self conscious and whenever im with my friends it hurts me so much always seeing guys all flirting with them and stuff. ive never been asked out, and people always tell me that im ugly. i know its mean, and only sometimes i feel pretty. i know that if i feel beautiful, i am beautiful, and being confident is bueatiful, but i dont want that crap. i need some way to make me feel better about myself....any suggestions?

Okay, well I've been going to a workout camp for three weeks, and already I see great improvement in my speed, strength, and endurance. The only thing, is that WHILE I'm working out, my back sweats really bad, and completely soaks the back of my shirt! It seriously grosses me out and it is not too much fun when you're stuck with a wet shirt for a lot of the day. What can I do?

deodarants not working

okay, I have tried thousands of deodarants including Exta-dry and none work for me! I want to be able to wear nice shirts and all that stuff but the only thing that stops me are my underarms what advice do you have for me? What deodarant do you suggest? You should know that a girl having sweaty armpits is not atractive. HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!

alright so iv been dating this guy for almost 9 months now and me and him broke up about 15 times and the last time we broke up was bc he lied to me about stuff he did with a girl (back at the pond he kissed her and she touched his dick n all this) and he lied about it he swore on my life that nothing happened and he swore on our relationship. . . and i believed him of course then yesterday his cousin told me the truth . . . and i asked him about and he addmitted it i was like OMG! then we broke up and he said whateverrr!! really mean and i hung up and he didnt even call me back and i didnt believe his cousin i was like no he loves me too much he wouldnt lie. . . but he did lie! and he cried a lot and begged for me back for like 24 hours or...

a few questions here...
im not fat by all means...just curious
whats a normal weight for girl that is 5'10?
and how can i tone up my stomach other than sit ups and crunches, its not flabby or anything but i guess anyone can use a tone up
i have really muscular legs but when i wear a skirt or something the top part of my thighes rub together and it gets really irritated and it hurts, how can i keep them from rubbing together and is that normal?

Dishcharge

My discharge has turned brown for the past 3 days... i suppose to get my period in about a week. Is this spotting or should i worry?
fyi... i typically dicharge heavily between all my periods and it usually is white... the change in color just freaked me out because it's never happened before.
16/f and my period is usually regular

okay, well ive known this kid nick for about 4 months now, and we like eachother alot. but his best friend john keeps getting in the way, making up these incredibly stupid lies, and trying to get me and nick mad at eachother. i want to be friends with both of them, and sometimes i dont know who to belive. they both sound so sincere, i love nick, and i want john as a friend still... any advice?? please say yes =(

Hey Everyone! Well recently I discovered that the guy I've been crushing on for a month doesn't like me, because of the 5 yr age difference we have. Every single time I start thinking about him (which is pretty often) I feel siick to my stomach with the knowledge of me not being able to have him. I need to find an alternative that can replace him> meaning whenever I think about hm, I can just do something else that will get my mind off of him> My ? is what should that alternative thing be?? I honestly think that I'm in love with this guy I'm never going to be able to have. I need a cure to get over him and find some1 else that I like better. Please help I'm desperate!
