i have really muscular legs but when i wear a skirt or something the top part of my thighes rub together and it gets really irritated and it hurts, how can i keep them from rubbing together and is that normal?
twistedsister17 answered Sunday July 17 2005, 9:43 pm: I do situps, while listening to my favorite music (I sugguest the White stripes..) because I also am not fat, but my stomach sticks out. I also sugguest going to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and clicking on the green health section. You should suscribe to the magazine because they have all kinds of awesome ab workouts that aren't situps. Also, to se if your weight is right, go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
and yes...it is normal for your thighs to rub together but to tone them up, try doing karate kicks or laying on your back with your legs in the air. Open and close your legs over and pver. That should help tone up the muscles.
