Hair and Makeup

Hey I'm going into 10th grade and decided that this yr. I want to work with my makeup and hair better than I did and I was wondering what are some good hairstyles for a girl who has thin hair (haha lucky me not lol) and it is wavy and down to my chest I also have no bangs. I've tried curling it with a small and bigger curling iron but it doesnt work, the curls dont stay well even with gel. Any other ideas other than how to get curls to stay are welcome too!
Also! I want to work on makeup, and I was wondering how do you apply like foundation and other coverup makeups. I want something that covers up my face minimally because I dont really have bad acne anymore but it isnt all away so something that does an good job?

well my hair is about a little longer than my shoulders, and it is VERY thick and sorta wavy. now i have been wanting a perm for awhile now, but everyone says it will look bad b/c of my thick hair! but i really want to get it! what should i do!?????? pls help!

OK my cousin is pretty much a slut. she's 11. she wheres really tight shirts that go up past her bellybutton along with a really short skirt. She wears VERY thick padded bras so she uses a C cup. When someone calls her a slut she giggles and says "nuh uh..!" And I'm gettin sick of it because my friends are like "how does it feel to have an 11 yr old have bigger boobs than you" and honestly i really dont care because im not fake but no one realizes that. and on top or it, she brags about gettin slapped in the ass by other guys and she shaves which i dont think she should be doing when she's 11 even though its not my choice. What can do to help her without gettin her upset??

I know this one girl, lets call her Natasha. Natasha goes to this high school that's pretty close to my high school so i see her pretty often. I really like her alot, but it seems like she never notices me. we met once but i don't think she remembers. She's always hanging around these other people i know who are also my friends. How am i gonna get her to notice me?

best friends not forever?

I have been in a fight with my best friend for about a week and I have no idea what to do to make us friends again. The fight was over a really stupid reason. She used to have me change her myspace because she didn't know how to do the colors or anything. Well, I haven't really looked at it in a while since she wasn't allowed to go on it anymore. She claims about a month ago she went on and fixed it the way she liked and that I changed it. So she's being seriously retarded about it and won't forgive me. So what should I do? Don't say forget about her she's an idiot (I know she is already) because I don't want to end our friendship over this.
