Hey Swty..sup> Well I know that a perm seems like something tht you really wanna get riite now buh trust me you'll regret it later. First off when you get ur perm done it'll burn your hair and fry it to a crisp. Your hair will look dead and life-less:( If I were you I would just leave your hair the way it is. ( My hair is wavy too but when I want it straight I straighten it, and when I want it curly I use L.a Looks Gell and I scruntch it) I think tht wavy hair is actually the best to have because you can do anything to it really. Gl and if you decide to get your perm done neway I hope everything goes well. Xo> Rate me!!

i would suggest a body perm. it leaves those loose looking waves- instead of the tight curls. and it will more than likely look a lot better on thick hair. i should know. i have the thickest hair in the world. hope i helped. *~aim~* mikelly4039

i dont sugg. getting one. my friend did and she was like crying because she wanted it so bad...it looked so bad when she got it so she leaves it straight (dont use blowdryer on it) or when she does, its in a pony tail and geled back. its not cute. but hey if you really want to, go ahead. hair grows back. <3

my hair is exactly the same way and I too wanted a perm for awhile. I never got one and I am VERY happy. I honestly wouldn't suggest getting one. If you want to make your hair less thick you could always get it thinned out. My friend had it done and it looks amazing. Other wise... You could always scrunch it. If you get the right gel/spray *like Aussie* it works wonders. It will make your hair look really cute. I just straiten mine most of the time. But if I don't I scrunch it and according to my boyfriend scrunching looks really "hott" on me cuz my hair is thick so it gives it body.
